Универсальная скоба, предназначена для соединения как плоских относительно жестких, так и удлиненных гибких элементов. Она содержит два параллельных кольцевых витка пружинной проволоки со встречной намоткой, связанных между собой S - образной промежуточной пружинной петлей, размещенной между витками и начало которой является концом одного витка с правой намоткой, а конец - началом другого витка с левой намоткой.
Description
Универсальная скоба
Изобретение относится к быстросъемным соединительным элементам, а именно к скобам для соединения элементов между собой путем их зажима.
Известны скобы (RU 2344939, МПК: B42F1/00, 2004; RU 94023828, МПК: B42F1/02, 1996; RU2076502, МПК: B42F1/02, 1997) для соединения плоских элементов между собой, например листов бумаги, путем их зажима.
Недостатком известных скоб зажимов является возможность соединения только плоских элементов.
Известны скобы (RU 2087773, МПК: F16 G11/10, 1997; RU 62190, МПК: F16 G11/10, 2007) для соединения гибких удлиненных элементов (шнуров, канатов с круглым или прямоугольным сечением), у которых длинна намного больше диаметра их поперечного сечения, путем их зажима между собой.
Недостатком известных скоб является возможность соединения только удлиненных гибких элементов.
Скоб, пригодных для соединения как плоских, так и удлиненных гибких элементов не выявлено.
Задачей изобретения является расширение функциональных возможностей скобы, а именно создание универсальной скобы пригодной для соединения как плоских относительно жестких, так и удлиненных гибких элементов.
Техническим результатом изобретения является новое свойство скобы, а именно универсальность ее применения.
Достижение заявленного технического результата и, как следствие, решение поставленной задачи достигается тем, что скоба содержит два параллельных кольцевых витка пружинной проволоки со встречной намоткой, связанных между собой S - образной промежуточной петлей, размещенной
между витками и начало которой является концом одного витка с правой намоткой, а конец - началом другого витка с левой намоткой.
Такое конструктивное решение позволяет создать пружинную скобу, содержащую зеркально симметричные с внешней и внутренней круглыми петлями, объединенные промежуточной петлей, позволяет повысить универсальность скобы и использовать ее для соединения как плоских относительно жестких элементов например листов бумаги, так и удлиненных гибких элементов типа шнуров.
На фиг. 1 представлен внешний вид скобы, на фиг. 2 - пример скрепления листов бумаги веером, на фиг. 3 - пример скрепления шнура.
Скоба содержит два параллельных кольцевых витка 1 и 2 пружинной проволоки со встречной намоткой, связанных между собой S - образной промежуточной петлей 3, размещенной между витками 1 и 2 и начало которой является концом одного витка 1 с правой намоткой, а конец - началом другого витка 2 с левой намоткой. Пружинная проволока скобы может быть покрыта пластмассой или цветными металлами. Покрытие из пластмассы выполнено методом порошкового напыления или покраски готового изделие из пружинной стали. Покрытие из цветных металлов выбрано из группы благородных металлов, например из золота, и нанесено на пружинную сталь методом электрохимического осаждения.
Работа скрепки состоит в следующем.
Для соединения плоских предметов, например бумаги, отодвигают петлю 1 и между ней и промежуточной петлей 3 устанавливают один лист. Между петлями 2 и 3 - другой лист. Так как проволока упругая и изогнута в виде колец или несколько листов могут быть соединены веером (фиг. 2).
Для соединения удлиненных элементов, например шнуров шнурового галстука, концы последних продевают перпендикулярно в кольца скобы через просветы, образованные промежуточной петлей 3 (фиг. 3). На внешней стороне
петель 1 и 2 могут быть закреплены декоративные элементы для украшения скобы.
Скоба легка в изготовлении. В настоящее время она находится на стадии опытного образца.
Claims
1. Универсальная скоба, характеризующаяся тем, что она содержит два параллельных кольцевых витка пружинной проволоки со встречной намоткой, связанных между собой S - образной промежуточной петлей, размещенной между витками и начало которой является концом одного витка с правой намоткой, а конец - началом другого витка с левой намоткой.
2. Универсальная скоба по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что проволока вьшолненная из пружинной стали, покрыта цветной пластмассой или цветными металлами.
3. Универсальная скоба по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что цветные металлы выбраны из группы благородных металлов и нанесены на пружинную сталь методом электрохимического осаждения.
