Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques stables de thiocolchicoside comprenant des gouttelettes nanométriques de thiocolchicoside ou des sels de celui-ci au même titre que d'autres excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques stables de thiocolchicoside comprenant des gouttelettes nanométriques de thiocolchicoside ou des sels de celui-ci, éventuellement au moins un agent anti-inflammatoire non-stéroïdien, au même titre que d'autres excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Ces compositions présentent une plus grande perméabilité, et une biodisponibilité améliorée entraînant une activité thérapeutique améliorée. L'invention concerne également des procédés pour la préparation de telles compositions.
