Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés qui permettent de sceller de façon étanche une ouverture dans un vaisseau sanguin. Un dispositif peut comprendre : une gaine externe anti-adhésive, tubulaire et allongée, la gaine externe anti-adhésive ayant une extrémité distale qui peut être introduite dans un vaisseau d'un patient à travers l'ouverture dans la paroi de vaisseau, et dont l'extrémité proximale reste à l'extérieur du patient; une gaine interne anti-adhésive, tubulaire et allongée, disposée à l'intérieur de la gaine externe anti-adhésive; un film adhésif tubulaire et allongé disposé entre la gaine externe anti-adhésive et la gaine interne anti-adhésive, le film adhésif ayant des surfaces adhésives à la fois tournées vers l'intérieur et tournées vers l'extérieur et pouvant être porté par la gaine interne anti-adhésive pendant une introduction dans le vaisseau du patient.
