Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de recyclage d'une résine acrylique de rebut, qui propose une technologie efficace pour recycler une résine acrylique de rebut comprenant : une étape A consistant à procéder à une décomposition thermique par élévation de la température d'une résine acrylique de rebut à 450 ℃ ou plus ce qui permet d'extraire un mélange d'eau et de monomères acryliques ; et une étape B consistant à obtenir des monomères acryliques par refroidissement du mélange d'eau et de monomères acryliques extrait de l'étape A à une température allant de 200 à 250 ℃ et par séparation des monomères acryliques. Selon la présente invention, la résine acrylique de rebut est séparée par le biais d'une décomposition thermique, ainsi les monomères acryliques peuvent être séparés indépendamment du poids moléculaire de l'acrylate de rebut. En outre, un acryle de très haute pureté peut être obtenu car le monomère acrylique qui présente un point d'ébullition élevé est d'abord séparé, avant l'eau. Aussi, il est possible de prévenir toute contamination supplémentaire de l'environnement par filtration des gaz toxiques qui peuvent être produits pendant un procédé de recyclage.
