Abstract
L'invention concerne un corset de maintien (1) destiné à entourer une zone abdominale et dorsale du corps humain qui nécessite un maintien au moins temporaire. Le corset de maintien (1) est composé sensiblement de trois parties (2, 3, 4) indépendantes reliées les unes aux autres par deux fermetures auto-grippantes (5, 5'; 6, 6'). Les trois parties moulées (2, 3, 4) indépendantes permettent une utilisation variable et souple du corset de maintien. Les deux zones terminales des deux parties moulées (3, 4) étant plates et la fermeture avant présentant une partie plate sensiblement solide, un renfort abdominal est formé qui exerce une pression prédéfinie sur la paroi abdominale.
