Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de biostimulant provenant de deux sources biologiques: l'une constituée de chitosane qui fournit le carbone ou l'énergie pour le développement de la plante, et l'autre constituée d'un hydrolysat partiel de Saccharomyces cerevisiae résultant de la fermentation industrielle de la bière, qui est constitué de protéines, d'oligoprotéines, d'acides nucléiques, d'aminoacides, de vitamines et de cofacteurs, pour le développement approprié de la plante. Le mélange aqueux de deux types de nutriments contient du chitosane à 5% et des nutriments biologiques à 5%. L'utilisation de cette composition conduit à une augmentation de la taille des plantes, du nombre de fleurs et du nombre de fruits dans les cultures agricoles productrices de Capsicum chinense L.
