  • the present invention relates to a speaker device.
  • Patent Document 1 a yoke, a magnet, a plate, and a frame constituting a magnetic circuit are stacked, and then an epoxy or acrylic resin is formed in a gap formed between the yoke, the magnet, the plate, the lower end of the frame, and a plunge.
  • a speaker unit is described in which each member is fixed to each other by injecting a system adhesive and fixing the yoke, magnet and plate and the peripheral surface of the frame to the inner surface of the flange at the lower end of the frame. .
  • Conventional speaker devices are generally manufactured by joining a plurality of constituent members with an adhesive. For this reason, the hardening time of an adhesive agent may be needed for every joining process of each part. Further, when the constituent members are joined to each other with an adhesive, the adhesive has viscosity until the adhesive is completely cured, and thus the positional relationship between the constituent members joined to each other may be shifted. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to accurately fix the positions of the components to be joined to each other until the adhesive is completely cured, which may lead to complicated processes.
