Description
本发明涉及一种接口可旋转的电连接器,尤其是关于一种应用于可携式电子装置的接口可旋转的电连接器。
通用串行总线接口(Universal Serial Bus,
USB)电连接器具有传输速度快,使用方便,支持热插拔,连接灵活,独立供电等特点,被广泛地应用于电子行业中,可以连接鼠标、键盘、打印机、扫描仪、摄像头、闪存盘、MP3、手机、数码相机、移动硬盘、外置光软驱、USB网卡等等几乎所有的外置设备。
故,与USB电连接器相连的电子装置,具有很高的使用率。现在世面上一些小型的周边设备,如读卡机、网络卡或随身碟等等,其USB接头均直接附属在设备上,而非外接USB接头,其若加上转动的功能,便能增加使用的便利性。
请参阅图1,一种现有的接口可旋转地USB电连接器9,其包括接口部分90及旋转机构91。所述接口部分90包括一装有导电端子93的绝缘本体92和一套装于绝缘本体92外的铁壳94。铁壳94套装于绝缘本体92的外部,大致为扁平的长方体筒状结构。铁壳94的顶壁(未标号)上设有两个与绝缘本体92后部的两个凹陷部(图未示)卡合的卡持部95,以实现两者的相对固定。
然而,上述铁壳94的卡持部95与绝缘本体92的凹陷部之间的固定并不牢固,若反复插拔USB电连接器9,则铁壳94很容易从绝缘本体92上脱落。鉴于此,需针对上述接口可旋转的USB电连接器9做出改进。
为了解决现有技术接口可旋转的电连接器的铁壳容易脱落的技术问题,有必要提供一种不易脱落的接口可旋转的电连接器。
一种接口可旋转的电连接器,其包括接口部分和旋转机构,接口部分包括装有导电端子的一绝缘本体和一套设于绝缘本体外的铁壳,上述绝缘本体具有一装配槽,旋转机构包括一提供线缆通道的机构件、一连接于机构件的转动部和一档板,上述转动部的一部分组装于上述装配槽中,另一部分位于绝缘本体和机构件之间,上述档板位于绝缘本体和机构件之间,且与上述铁壳连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明接口可旋转的电连接器进一步包括一套设于绝缘本体和机构件之间的转轴上的档板,且上述档板与铁壳之间连接。如此结构,即便反复插拔上述接口可旋转地电连接器,铁壳也不会从绝缘本体上脱落。

请参阅图2至图6,本发明提供一种接口可旋转的电连接器1,包括接口部分10和旋转机构11,其中接口部分10包括绝缘本体2、装于绝缘本体2中的一组导电端子3以及罩于绝缘本体外2外的铁壳4。旋转机构11包括一用于提供线缆通道61的机构件6、一连接于机构件6的转动部5、装于绝缘本体2的后部与机构件6的转动部5配合转动的一对弹性件(图未示)、插设于绝缘本体2与机构件6之间的转动部5上的一档板8。
请参阅图4,绝缘本体2大体为长方形的薄板,其包括一位于前部的对接舌板21、一位于后部并与对接舌板21相连的装配部22,一自装配部22的顶面220向下凹设用于布线的收纳槽23、一自绝缘本体2的后表面24的中央位置处向前开设用于安装转动部的装配槽20以及一对弹性件7的安装孔27。装配部22与对接舌板21的底面211平齐,装配部22的顶面220高于对接舌板21的顶面210从而二者呈台阶状。装配槽20的至少一部分贯穿至装配部22的顶面220,且与收纳槽23相连通。安装孔27自装配部22的两侧面223对称向内开设,并与装配槽20连通。
请参阅图5,铁壳4套装于绝缘本体2的外部,大致为扁平的长方体筒状结构。铁壳4包括顶壁40、与顶壁40平行设置的底壁44、连接顶壁40和底壁44的两侧壁43。在铁壳4的顶壁40上与绝缘本体2的装配槽20相对应的位置处开设有一开口45。
请参阅图3,转动部5包括一设有一圈滚齿的转轴51和一连接转轴51和机构件6的连接部(未标号)。转轴51的滚齿外形及滚齿间的连接均为光滑的弧线。所述连接部包括部分重叠的一第一平台55和一第二平台56。第一平台55连接于转轴51与第二平台56之间,第二平台56通过螺栓57与机构件6连接。第二平台56的两端分别设有一用于固定螺栓57的螺孔(图未示);所述机构件上6也设有与螺孔对应的两个孔洞(图未示)。第一平台55的两侧面58分别为一内凹的弧形表面,用于为上述螺栓57提供安装空间。上述两个平台55、56和转轴51都具有一沿轴线方向的用于穿设线缆的通孔59。
请参阅图6,上述档板8为金属材料,包括位于一第一平面内的一左竖直薄板81、一右竖直薄板83和位于与第一平面垂直的第二平面内一水平薄板85,所述水平薄板85一侧面的两端分别弯曲连接至左、右竖直薄板81、83的部分顶面810、830。左、右竖直薄板81、83的两相对的内侧面811、831为对称的圆滑曲面,其间形成一插口813。上述插口813用于插设在绝缘本体2与机构件6之间的部分转轴51上。上述水平薄板85的长度基本等于铁壳4的开口45的长度,宽度小于开口45的宽度,以便在铁壳4上形成一与水平薄板85相邻的狭缝41,上述狭缝41用于插设一固定转轴51的元件(图未示)。上述水平薄板85、左竖直薄板81和右竖直薄板83与铁壳4之间的接触面焊接。
另外,上述铁壳4的两侧壁43和底壁44的焊接面上分别形成有缺口46。上述左、右竖直薄板81、83的焊接面上形成有对应缺口46的突出部86,以防止档板8沿铁壳4的长度和宽度方向移动,从而实现焊接定位。
另外,上述左、右竖直薄板81、83和水平薄板85是一体成型,上述左、右薄板81、83的顶面810、830上邻近水平薄板85处分别设有一与水平薄板85相邻的凹口88。上述凹口88便于弯折形成上述水平薄板85。
电连接器1的组装顺序为:a)线缆(图未示)的一端的各条分线分别与导电端子3焊接;b)将弹性件装入绝缘本体2的安装孔27中;c)将铁壳4套于绝缘本体2外;d)将连接部通过螺栓57与机构件6固定,线缆的另一端经由转轴51和连接部的通孔59穿过机构件6的线缆通道61;e)将转轴51上设有滚齿的部分平插入绝缘本体2的装配槽20中,另一部分位于绝缘本体2和机构件6之间,在该过程中,每一弹性件7到达转轴51的滚齿之间的齿根部位置处;f)
在铁壳4的狭缝41内插设一用于固定转轴51的元件;(g)将档板8插设于绝缘本体2与机构件6之间的转轴51上,并将档板8与铁壳4的接触面点焊连接。
使用过程中,接口部分10可相对于旋转机构11转动,二者发生相对旋转时,转轴51由一对齿根位置转动到另一对齿根位置处与弹性件7抵持保持稳定;连续转动,可听到“啪啪”声。
与现有技术相比,本发明接口可旋转的电连接器1进一步包括一套设于绝缘本体2和机构件6之间的转轴51上的档板8,且上述档板8与铁壳4之间点焊连接。如此结构,即便反复插拔上述接口可旋转的电连接器1,铁壳4也不会从绝缘本体2上脱落。另外,上述铁壳4和左、右竖直薄板81、83的焊接面上分别形成有缺口46和对应的突出部86,从而可实现焊接定位。另外,上述左、右薄板81、83的顶面810、830上邻近水平薄板85处分别设有与水平薄板85相邻的凹口88,便于弯折形成上述水平薄板85,制程简单。
本发明接口可旋转的电连接器1并不限于上述实施例所述,也可具有其他多种变更方式,如:档板8也可以只包括位于绝缘本体2和机构件6之间的左、右竖直薄板81、83,分别将左、右竖直薄板81、83与铁壳4焊接;档板8也可以直接与上述转动部5一体成型,而非利用插口813插设于转轴51上;档板8也可以采用一插孔代替上述插口813,在将转轴51安装于装配槽20之前,所述档板8利用插孔套设于转轴上;档板8与铁壳4之间也可以采用除焊接之外的其它方式连接,如铆接或者铁壳4的顶壁40和底壁44上设置一插槽,供档板8插接等。

- 一种接口可旋转的电连接器,其包括接口部分和旋转机构,接口部分包括装有导电端子的一绝缘本体和一套设于绝缘本体外的铁壳,上述绝缘本体具有一装配槽,旋转机构包括一提供线缆通道的机构件和一连接于机构件的转动部,上述转动部的一部分组装于上述装配槽中,另一部分位于绝缘本体和机构件之间,其特征在于:所述旋转机构进一步包括一档板,上述档板位于绝缘本体和机构件之间,且与上述铁壳连接。
- 如权利要求 1 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述档板与上述铁壳焊接。
- 如权利要求 2 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述档板插设或者套设于绝缘本体和机构件之间的转动部上。
- 如权利要求 3 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述转动部包括一设有一圈滚齿的转轴和一连接转轴和机构件的连接部,所述转轴的一部分组装于装配槽中,另一部分位于绝缘本体和机构件之间,上述档板插设或者套设于绝缘本体和机构件之间的转轴上。
- 如权利要求 4 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述连接部包括一平台,上述平台的两端分别设有一螺孔,上述机构件上设有与上述螺孔对应的孔洞,上述连接部与机构件之间采用螺栓固定。
- 如权利要求 2 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述铁壳包括一顶壁、一与顶壁平行设置的底壁、连接顶壁和底壁的两侧壁,铁壳的顶壁上与绝缘本体的装配槽相对应的位置处开设有一开口。
- 如权利要求 6 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述档板包括位于一第一平面内的一左竖直薄板、一右竖直薄板和位于与第一平面垂直的第二平面内一水平薄板,所述水平薄板的两端分别连接左、右竖直薄板,左、右竖直薄板的两相对的侧面之间形成一用于插设位于绝缘本体和机构件之间的转动部的插口。
- 如权利要求 7 所述的接口可旋转的电连接器,其特征在于:上述水平薄板的长度等于铁壳的开口的长度,宽度小于开口的宽度,以便在铁壳上形成一与水平薄板相邻的狭缝,上述狭缝用于为固定转轴的元件提供安装空间。
