Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assistance à la marche multifonctionnel à propulsion électrique destiné à des patients bénéficiant d'un traitement de réhabilitation, et plus spécifiquement un dispositif d'assistance à la marche multifonctionnel à propulsion électrique offrant la possibilité d'ajuster la vitesse de déplacement en fonction de la progression du traitement de réhabilitation dont bénéficie le patient, ledit dispositif étant conçu pour empêcher l'utilisateur de tomber en arrière lorsqu'il manque de saisir la poignée en raison d'une perte de force de préhension, permettant d'éviter la survenue d'accidents suite au glissement du dispositif d'assistance à la marche et étant équipé de pattes pliantes qui lui permettent d'être aisément converti en siège. Le dispositif d'assistance à la marche selon l'invention comprend : des roues avant (210) fixées dans la partie inférieure de pattes avant (200), chacune des roues avant comprenant un moteur électrique et tournant en contact avec le sol; une batterie (180) ménagée dans la face inférieure d'une plaque supérieure (100), et destinée à fournir de l'énergie; et un bouton d'alerte (132), un commutateur de commande de vitesse (134), une manette de commande directionnelle (136) et un haut-parleur (138) qui sont montés sur la face supérieure de la plaque supérieure (100). La plaque supérieure (100) présente en outre une ouverture annulaire qui la traverse et forme une ouverture de réception (110) destinée à recevoir l'utilisateur, et des poignées (120) présentes des deux côtés de l'ouverture de réception (110). Un engrenage à vis sans fin est également présent sur chacune des roues avant (210) dans la partie inférieure des pattes avant (200), pour éviter au dispositif d'assistance à la marche de glisser. Lorsque les pattes avant et arrière (200 et 300) sont repliées, les roues avant (210) et des roues auxiliaires (410) qui sont montées sur les pattes avant (200), viennent en contact avec le sol pour permettre le déplacement du dispositif d'assistance à la marche. En tant que tel, le dispositif d'assistance à la marche peut être utilisé pour la position debout ou la position assise, et passer de l'une à l'autre par conversion. Ainsi, le dispositif d'assistance à la marche a une structure simple, est peu onéreux et facile à transporter et à stocker en raison de sa taille réduire après repliement des pattes avant et arrière (200 et 300).
