Abstract

The invention relates to a sequential wave capture system that converts ocean waves into electric energy, consisting of sequential wave capture modules that use the principles of Archimedes, levers and free wheels to convert undulatory wave movement into mechanical energy that supplies a transmission grid to power electric generators. The transmission grid has traction in only one direction and is comprised of transmission trees parallel to the front of the wave and transmission trees perpendicular to the front of the wave with free differentials, the entire system being supported on pilings and posts fixed to the sea bed. Said design converts intermittent waves into a continuous, reliable energy resource.
