很多改动, 例如将原来由布带或皮带抽动替换成各种电动或手动驱动, 使其旋 转起来更为方便平稳, 或是在其上设计各书种声光结构, 使其发声发光, 但是仍 然没有解决数千年来已存在的一个问题, 即是玩耍者在使陀螺高速旋转后, 很 难再操控其运动方向, 只能在一旁被动观望, 最多由布带抽打使其朝一个大致 方向移动, 无法再对其主动准确操作, 儿童主动能力得不到发挥, 始终缺少一 些趣味性。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种结构筒单、 能控制陀螺运动方向的磁控
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 磁控陀螺包括呈转轴体的陀螺本体, 陀螺本

上述方案中, 优选所述陀螺本体转轴体的外侧壁上磁铁绕陀螺本体回转中 心均布或是为一整块环形磁铁, 以使其控制力均匀。
上述方案中, 优选所述陀螺本体转轴体的外侧壁上磁铁设于转轴体的外侧 壁上最远离陀螺本体回转中心处, 即处于最外端, 以使控制器最容易接近。
所述控制器优选呈杆状、 指环状、 或手套状, 当然也可以是任意形状, 甚 至可以直接就是一块磁铁。 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明在现有的各式陀螺外侧壁上增加了磁铁, 玩 耍者即可通过其手上带磁铁的控制器接近陀螺本体转轴体上设的磁铁, 因控制 器与陀螺本体朝外的磁极极性现同, 在同性相排斥的电磁作用力的推动下, 使 其朝玩耍者的预定方向前进, 极大的提高了操控趣味性, 使玩耍者主动性得到 发挥, 不再只是被动观望。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 本发明具体实施方式一中, 磁控陀螺包括 呈转轴体的陀螺本体 1 ,陀螺本体 1可采用现在各种通用的电动或手动的驱动方 式驱动其高速旋转立稳, 因此在此不对驱动方式和结构作具体描述, 陀螺本体 1 转轴体的外侧壁上绕陀螺本体回转中心均布设有 4个磁铁 2 , 4个磁铁磁铁朝向 外侧的磁极极性相同, 且设于转轴体的外侧壁上最远离陀螺本体回转中心处, 即处于最外端,磁控陀螺还包括一呈杆状的控制器 3 ,控制器 3上安装有一磁铁 31 , 磁铁 31朝外的磁极与陀螺本体转轴体的外侧壁上磁铁 2朝向外侧的磁极极 性相同, 这样当陀螺本体 1 高速旋转立稳后, 通过控制器 3接近陀螺本体转轴 体上设的磁铁 2时, 由于磁铁 2和磁铁 31朝向外侧相对的磁极极性相同, 同性 相排斥, 陀螺本体 1受到一个水平推力, 根据陀螺进动原理, 陀螺本体 1 即朝 反方向前进, 这样就可以通过不断用控制器 3接近陀螺本体 1 , 使其按预定方向 前进。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非用来限定本发明的实施范围, 在 不脱离本发明的精神和技术特征情况下, 可对本发明进行修改或者等同替换, 例如图 5中具体实施方式二, 陀螺本体转轴体上设的磁铁 52为一个, 而控制器 5 3为指环状, 图 6中具体实施方式三, 陀螺本体转轴体上设的磁铁 62为三个, 而控制器 63为指套状, 图 7中具体实施方式四所示, 陀螺本体转轴体上设的磁 铁 72为一整块环形磁铁, 而控制器 73则直接为一块磁铁, 这样均应涵盖在本 发明的权利要求的保护范围当中。
