인간 중간엽 줄기세포를 중력에 반하게 배양하여 구형세포괴를 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 고활성 인간 중간엽 줄기세포괴의 제조 방법; 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 고활성 줄기세포괴; 상기 줄기세포괴를 포함하는 세포치료제; 및 인간 중간엽 줄기세포를 배양하여 구형세포괴를 형성하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 배양시 중간엽 줄기세포 내의 E-cadherin의 양을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고활성 인간 중간엽 줄기세포괴의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
