  • the cushion supports accurate emptying of the bag from its contents, since said cushion assumes the shape of a convergent trough falling towards the outlet valve 5 of the bag-in-box 3 .
  • Said trough exerts pressure on the bottom of the bag-in-box 3 and its walls and generates a force that supports the flow of the fluid substance out of the bag and provides the effect of a considerable removal of the contents from the bag walls .

Abstract

Le procédé de vidage d'une caisse-outre ayant une grande capacité se caractérise en ce que, pendant le vidage de la caisse-outre (3), le fond de la caisse-outre (3) remplie est en plus pressé vers sa vanne de sortie (5) et l'écoulement descendant de la substance fluide dans la goulotte inclinée formée de façon convergente à l'axe de la vanne de sortie de la caisse-outre (3) est ainsi provoqué. Le dispositif de vidage d'une caisse-outre ayant une grande capacité se caractérise en ce que ledit dispositif est formé par un coussin étanche souple (1) ayant, lors de son remplissage par un gaz, de préférence de l'air, la forme d'une goulotte inclinée orientée de façon convergente à l'axe de la vanne de sortie (5) de la caisse-outre (3), ledit coussin (1) comportant au moins deux plaques déflectrices (4) de la forme d'un trapèze dont les côtés ont des longueurs différentes, et lesdites plaques déflectrices (4) étant fixées à l'intérieur du coussin (1) à ses deux parois et convergentes à l'axe de coussin passant par l'axe de la vanne de sortie (5) de la caisse-outre (3), et étant reliées aux parois du coussin (1) d'une manière telle qu'un écoulement d'air libre existe autour d'elles, et les parois supérieure et inférieure du coussin (1) étant étroitement reliées sur leur bord attenant à la vanne de sortie (5) de la caisse-outre (3), et la ligne de la liaison (6) a la forme d'un trapèze isocèle, dont l'axe qui est perpendiculaire à la base plus longue coïncide avec l'axe du coussin, une plaque déflectrice supplémentaire (7) étant étroitement fixée à la ligne de la base supérieure du trapèze formant ladite liaison (6), entre les parois supérieure et inférieure du coussin (1).
