Description

The present invention relates to eyeglasses, and more particularly, to eyeglasses that maintain a spring force (return force) for returning a temple and that can provide a sufficient return force.

In general spectacles, when a temple is opened outward from a state where the temple is folded inward, the temple and a part of the armor come into contact with each other, and the angle of spread is limited.
By the way, since a face width changes with people, for a wearer, tightening of a head becomes strong or weak, and a feeling of fitting is insufficient.

On the other hand, glasses (Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2) with improved fit have been developed.
In the former spectacles structure, a plate-like elastic member is fixed inside the front end portion of the temple, and a hole is formed in the elastic member and the head of the temple. The front frame is provided with a bracket having a hole. Then, a connecting part having one end as a locking portion and the other end as a hook is passed through the hole of the temple and the hole of the elastic member and hooked to the hole of the bracket.
In the latter structure of the glasses, the temple and the connecting component are integrated. Then, the connecting part is passed through the hole of the elastic member and hooked on the hole of the bracket.

US Pat. No. 6,969,173

However, in the spectacle frames described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, a hole is formed in a temple or the like, and a hook of a connecting part is inserted from the outside of the temple, and the hook fixes an elastic member. Therefore, the elastic member approaches the temple side both when the temple is folded and when the temple is excessively rotated. That is, whenever the temple is folded inward, the elastic member is maintained in a state of approaching the temple side. Particularly when folded and stored, the restoring force of the elastic member is greatly suppressed. For this reason, when viewed over time, the restoring force of the elastic member tends to be weakened. In this case, for example, in the case of over-rotation (over-rotation), the returning force that the temple tries to return becomes difficult to work, resulting in a loss of fit.

Further, in the spectacle frames described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when over-rotating, the elastic member (spring bar) approaches the temple side and a temple restoring force is generated. For this reason, the restoring force is maximum when the elastic member comes into contact with the temple and is naturally limited.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide spectacles that maintain a spring force (return force) for returning a temple and that can obtain a sufficient return force.

The present inventors have intensively studied to solve the above problems, and surprisingly, by adopting a structure in which the hook portion is inserted and locked between the inner branch portion and the slider provided in the outer branch portion, The present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved and have completed the present invention.

The outer branch portion is provided with a slider, the outer branch portion is provided with a slider, the hook portion is inserted between the inner branch portion and the slider, and is locked in a hole provided in the inner branch portion. In the glasses, the slider can slide on the hook portion.

The present invention resides in (3) the glasses according to (1) or (2), wherein when the temple is over-rotated, the hook portion increases the distance between the inner branch portion and the outer branch portion.

The present invention resides in (4) the glasses according to any one of the above (1) to (3), wherein the slider is formed with a groove and the hook is fitted in the groove.

In the present invention, (5) the hook portion is composed of an upper jaw portion and a lower jaw portion, a corner portion is formed on the outer periphery of the upper jaw portion, and the slider exceeds the corner portion when the temple is rotated. ) The eyeglasses according to any one of the above.

The present invention resides in (6) the glasses according to any one of the above (1) to (5), wherein the material of the slider is a synthetic resin.

The present invention includes (7) any one of the above (1) to (6), wherein the front portion includes a front frame having a bridge and both lenses attached to the front frame, and the bracket is attached to the front frame. It exists in the spectacles described in one.

The present invention is as described in any one of (1) to (6) above, wherein (8) the front portion includes both lenses and a bridge connecting the both lenses, and the bracket is directly attached to both lenses. Be in glasses.

In the eyeglasses of the present invention, the temple is folded by inserting the hook portion between the inner branch portion and the slider provided in the outer branch portion and engaging with the hole provided in the inner branch portion. The movement of the inner branch portion is different from when the temple is over-rotated.
For example, when the temple is folded, the distance between the inner branch portion and the outer branch portion hardly changes, and the hook portion itself slides and rotates on the surface of the slider, and when the temple is excessively rotated. The hook portion widens the distance between the inner branch portion and the outer branch portion. Thus, the spectacles can maintain the restoring force of the inner branch portion.
Therefore, according to the above glasses, the restoring force that the temple tries to return in the case of excessive rotation can be sufficiently exerted, and the fit feeling is extremely excellent.

In the above glasses, when the hook portion is fitted in the groove portion of the slider, the temple can be prevented from shifting in the vertical direction. As a result, the temple can be rotated smoothly. Incidentally, the glasses described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are likely to be displaced in the vertical direction.

In the above spectacles, the hook part is composed of the upper jaw part and the lower jaw part, the corner part is formed on the outer periphery of the upper jaw part, and when the temple is rotated, if the slider exceeds the corner part, the corner part is exceeded. The spring force increases discontinuously, and the temple can jump up instantaneously. That is, a so-called click effect can be added.

In the above spectacles, when the material of the slider is a synthetic resin, the slidability is improved.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1A is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of eyeglasses according to the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a partial perspective view of FIG.
As shown to (a) of FIG. 1, the spectacles 10 which concern on 1st Embodiment are the front part 1 which consists of the front frame 5 which has the bridge 3, and the both lenses 2 attached to this front frame 5, A bracket 11 attached to the front frame 5 of the front portion 1 and a temple 12 rotatably connected to the bracket 11 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the temple 12 has a structure in which the tip is bifurcated into an inner branch portion 14a and an outer branch portion 14b. The outer branch portion 14b is linear when viewed from above, while the inner branch portion 14a is welded to the outer branch portion 14b and extends obliquely from the outer branch portion 14b when viewed from above. .

The inner branch portion 14a is made of an elastic alloy, and when the tip of the inner branch portion 14a is separated from the outer branch portion 14b, a spring force for returning the inner branch portion 14a works.
On the other hand, the outer branch portion 14b is made of an alloy having higher rigidity than the inner branch portion 14a.

FIG. 2 is a top view showing a bracket in the glasses according to the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 11 includes a bracket base portion 13a and a hook portion 13b provided on the bracket base portion 13a.
The hook part 13b has an upper jaw part 131b and a lower jaw part 131a. The top portion of the outer periphery of the upper jaw portion 131b is a flat portion 131d that is flat, and a corner portion 131c that forms an angle of about 90 degrees is formed on the opposite side of the jaw of the flat portion 131d.

FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing an inner branch portion of the temple in the glasses according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 3B is a perspective view showing a temple slider.
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the temple 12 is provided with a through-hole 16 for locking the upper jaw 131b (see FIG. 2) of the hook portion described above at the tip of the inner branch portion 14a. ing. The upper jaw portion 131b of the hook portion is passed through the hole 16 from the outer branch portion 14b side toward the inner side.

As shown in FIG. 3B, in the temple 12, a slider 15 is fixed to the outer branch portion 14b. For example, specifically, the slider 15 is made of a synthetic resin as will be described later, and a part thereof is fixed by being press-fitted into the outer branch portion 14b.
The slider 15 has a groove 15a at the center. The above-described hook portion is fitted into the groove portion 15a, and the slider 15 can slide on the hook portion 13b in the groove portion 15a.
In the glasses 10, the hook portion 13 b is fitted in the groove portion 15 a of the slider 15, so that the temple 12 is suppressed from being shifted in the vertical direction (vertical direction with respect to the glasses). As a result, the temple can be rotated smoothly.

The slider 15 is made of synthetic resin from the viewpoint of slidability. Such a synthetic resin is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyacetal resins and nylon resins, and polyacetal resins are preferable from the viewpoints of durability and friction.

Returning to FIG. 1B, in the glasses 10 according to the first embodiment, the hook portion 13b of the bracket 11 is inserted between the inner branch portion 14a and the slider 15 of the outer branch portion 14b, and the hole 16 is inserted. The upper jaw 131b is engaged with the upper jaw 131b. That is, when the hook portion 13 b is locked in the hole 16, the temple 12 turns with respect to the bracket 11 with the locked portion as an axis.
Therefore, when the temple 12 is turned in the outer direction with respect to the bracket 11, it is over-rotated, and when the temple 12 is turned in the inner direction, it is folded.

FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c) are partial top views showing in stages from the state where the temples are expanded to the state where they are folded in the glasses according to the first embodiment.
First, when the temple 12 is started to be folded with respect to the bracket 11 from the state in which the glasses 10 shown in FIG. 4A are unfolded, the groove 15a of the slider 15 slides on the hook 13b.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the slider 15 is brought into contact with the corner portion 131c of the hook portion 13b and the temple 12 is further rotated in the direction in which the temple 12 is folded (inward direction), the slider 15 is moved. When climbing over the corner portion 131c, the spring force of the inner branch portion 14a increases discontinuously, so that the temple 12 is folded at an accelerated speed. That is, when the slider 15 tries to get over the corner portion 131c, the spring force of the inner branch portion 14a is greatly increased, and after the ride, the spring force is released at once, so that a so-called click effect occurs.

Due to the click effect of the temple 12, the temple 12 is suddenly turned and folded at that momentum. That is, as shown in FIG. 4C, the temple 12 turns around the portion where the hook portion 13b is locked in the hole, and the temple 12 is completely folded. At this time, since the flat portion 131d of the hook portion 13b is brought into contact with the slider 15, the degree of freedom of turning of the temple 12 is suppressed.
Here, the distance h2 between the distal end of the inner branch portion 14a and the outer branch portion 14b in a state where the temple 12 is folded is equal to the distal end and outer side of the inner branch portion 14a in the state where the temple 12 is not folded as shown in FIG. It is substantially the same as the distance h1 with the branch part 14b. That is, when the temple 12 is folded, the position of the inner branch portion 14a hardly changes.
For this reason, in the spectacles 10, the fall of the spring force of the inner side branch part 14a can be suppressed, and a restoring force (spring force) can be maintained.

Note that the click effect of the temple 12 described above also occurs when the temple 12 shown in FIG. 4C is rotated from the folded state to the expanding direction (outward direction). That is, a click effect is produced in the state shown in FIG. 4B, resulting in the state shown in FIG.

FIG. 5 is a partial top view showing a state where the temple is excessively rotated from the state shown in FIG.
When the temple 12 is over-rotated from the state in which the glasses 10 shown in FIG. 4 (a) are unfolded (the front part and the temple are substantially at right angles), the hook part 13b is moved to the inside as shown in FIG. The distance between the branch portion 14a and the outer branch portion 14b is increased. That is, the distance h3 between the distal end of the inner branch portion 14a and the outer branch portion 14b in a state where the temple 12 is excessively rotated is the distal end of the inner branch portion 14a in a state where the temple 12 shown in FIG. And the distance h1 between the outer branch portion 14b and the outer branch portion 14b.
At this time, the spring force of the inner branch portion 14a acts, and the temple 12 tries to return to the original position. In addition, when making it overrotate, since the inner side branch part 14a moves to the direction where the distance h1 becomes large, a return force becomes large, so that it spreads outside. Incidentally, as described above, conventionally, the inner branch portion acts so as to approach the temple, so that there is a limit to the restoring force.

Thus, the glasses 10 have a structure in which the hook portion 13b is inserted and locked between the inner branch portion 14a and the slider 15 provided on the outer branch portion 14b, so that the temple 12 can be folded and the temple 12 can be folded. The movement of the inner branch portion 14a may be different from that when it is excessively rotated.
Thus, in the glasses 10, the spring force of the inner branch portion 14a can be maintained, and a sufficient temple restoring force can be obtained.

[Second Embodiment]
6A is a side view showing a second embodiment of the glasses according to the present invention, and FIG. 6B is a partial top view of FIG. 6A.
As shown to (a) of FIG. 6, the spectacles 20 which concern on 2nd Embodiment have the front part 1, the bracket 21 with which this front part 1 was mounted | worn, and the temple 22 connected with this bracket 21. As shown in FIG. . The glasses 20 according to the second embodiment are the same as the glasses 10 according to the first embodiment, except that the shape of the temple 22 is different.

As shown in FIG. 6B, in the glasses 20 according to the second embodiment, the temple 22 has a structure in which the tip is bifurcated into an inner branch portion 24a and an outer branch portion 24b. The inner branch portion 24a has a structure that is bent inwardly in a top view, while the outer branch portion 24b is welded to the inner branch portion 24a and is linear in a top view.

Here, the outer branch portion 24b is made of an elastic alloy, and when the tip of the outer branch portion 24b is separated from the inner branch portion 24a, a restoring force for returning to the original works.
On the other hand, the inner branch portion 24a is made of an alloy having higher rigidity than the outer branch portion 24b.

In the glasses 20, when the temple 22 is rotated inward so as to fold the temple 22, the spring force of the outer branch portion 24 b increases discontinuously when the slider gets over the corner portion, so that the temple 22 is accelerated. Folded.
Further, when the temple 22 is excessively rotated, the spring force of the outer branch portion 24b acts and the temple 22 tries to return to the original position.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 7 (a) is a side view showing a third embodiment of the glasses according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 (b) is a partial top view of FIG. 7 (a).
As shown to (a) of FIG. 7, the spectacles 30 which concern on 3rd Embodiment have the front part 1, the bracket 31 with which this front part 1 was mounted | worn, and the temple 32 connected with this bracket 31. As shown in FIG. . The glasses 30 according to the third embodiment are the same as the glasses 10 according to the first embodiment except that the shape of the temple 32 is different.

As shown in FIG. 7B, in the glasses 30 according to the third embodiment, the temple 32 has a structure in which the tip is bifurcated into an inner branch portion 34a and an outer branch portion 34b. And the inner side branch part 34a and the outer side branch part 34b are U-shaped by the top view.

Here, both the inner side branch part 34a and the outer side branch part 34b consist of elastic alloys. In this case, the inner branch portion 34a and the outer branch portion 34b may be welded to the temple body.
When the tip of the inner branch part 34a and the outer branch part 34b are separated from each other, restoring forces that try to return to each other work.

In the glasses 30, when the temple 32 is rotated inward so as to fold the temple 32, the spring force of the inner branch portion 34 a and the outer branch portion 34 b increases discontinuously when the slider gets over the corner portion. The temple 32 is folded at an accelerated speed.
When the temple 32 is excessively rotated, the spring force of the inner branch portion 34a and the outer branch portion 34b acts, and the temple 32 attempts to return to the original position.
