Abstract

Le couvercle conteneur concerne la fabrication d'un couvercle qui outre sa fonction naturelle de protéger le produit conditionné de l'environnement, offre à son utilisateur la solution à un problème de grande importance. De nombreux produits que l'on trouve sur le marché sont additionnés de substances qui se dégradent et perdent leur efficacité à cause de divers facteurs qui modifient cette combinaison. Par exemple: les vitamines contenues dans le lait ou le yaourt que nous consommons se dégradent par l'action de l'humidité du lait lui-même, ainsi que par le contact avec les minéraux qui sont ajoutés au lait. Ainsi, il est presque certain, qu'en consommant le lait que nous achetons, en réalité notre organisme ne reçoit pas la quantité de vitamines et de minéraux indiqués sur l'étiquette. Comme c'est le cas pour le lait ou le yaourt, il existe des médicaments qui doivent nécessairement être combinés uniquement avant leur utilisation ou beaucoup d'autres produits qui perdent leur efficacité s'ils sont combinés avant leur consommation. Le couvercle conteneur offre la solution à ce problème en conservant isolées hermétiquement une ou plusieurs substances d'addition dans sa propre structure (à l'intérieur du couvercle), permettant ainsi que la combinaison entre ces suppléments et le produit conditionné ne se fasse qu'au moment de l'ouverture du couvercle pour consommer le produit, supprimant ainsi les problèmes de dégradations possibles de l'efficacité ou de réactions prématurées des compléments sur les produits, provoqués par le contact entre eux ou avec le produit conditionné. Du fait des avantages offerts aux produits par l'utilisation du couvercle conteneur, de sa facilité d'utilisation, de la simplicité de son système lui permettant d'être fabriqué en masse et à bas prix et de sa conception développée lui permettant d'être utilisé sans problème dans des lignes de production pour des produits de grande consommation, son utilisation devrait être généralisée.
