Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un trocart pour une chirurgie à un seul orifice, lequel trocart est installé au niveau d'un trou incisé dans l'abdomen d'un patient à travers lequel un instrument chirurgical laparoscopique est inséré, le trocart comprenant : un corps supérieur disposé sur la partie extérieure de l'abdomen du patient, et comprenant un trou d'insertion dans lequel l'instrument chirurgical laparoscopique est inséré ; un corps tubulaire formé en s'étendant à partir de la partie inférieure du corps supérieur, ayant une surface en coupe transversale qui est inférieure à celle de la partie inférieure du corps supérieur, et qui est formée d'un matériau ductile de façon à venir en contact étroit avec la périphérie interne du trou incisé dans l'abdomen ; un corps inférieur formé en s'étendant à partir de la partie inférieure du corps tubulaire, inséré dans le trou incisé dans l'abdomen, et positionné à l'intérieur de l'abdomen du patient, sur quoi le corps inférieur s'étend pour avoir une surface en coupe transversale supérieure à celle du corps tubulaire ; et un élément tubulaire rigide disposé sur la périphérie interne du corps tubulaire, constitué d'un matériau rigide de façon à réduire le frottement qui peut survenir lorsque l'instrument chirurgical laparoscopique est inséré dans le corps humain, et qui a une partie inférieure correspondant à la partie inférieure du corps tubulaire et voit sa surface en coupe transversale augmenter lorsque l'instrument chirurgical laparoscopique est inséré dans celui-ci.
