- a predetermined pitch for example, 20 to 100 mm
- the projection material discharge hole 72 of the seal lip portion 71c of the first seal material 71 does not have an integrated shape (inverted U-shape in front view) in which the first seal material 71 has a bent portion. From the standpoint, the sealing material 71 is necessary because, for example, the ceiling side held by the ceiling wall 69a and the side wall sides held by the both side walls 69c are separated.
- the seal lip portion 73c of the second seal material 73 has a fin shape with the band plate as it is.
- the reason why the second sealing material 73 is fin-shaped is that the projecting material hardly reaches the position of the front inclined bottom wall 21d of the cabinet 21, that is, the mounting position of the second sealing material 73. This is because there is no necessity to adopt the configuration as the one sealing material 71, and it is only necessary to prevent leakage of generated dust.
- the third sealing material 74 is formed by curving a strip and has a double prevention structure for dust leakage. For this reason, only one of the second and third sealing materials may be used.
- a projection material (shot) is put into the cabinet 21 from the projection material supply box 31 of the bucket elevator 32.
- the drum D is tilted to the processing product input position shown in FIG.
- the lid 61 is tilted integrally with the drum D to be in the open position, and the product to be processed can be input from the opening 21b located on the front side of the cabinet 21.
- the product to be processed is input to the drum D that has become the processing product input position.
- the input means of the product to be processed is not particularly limited.
- the drum D is tilted to the processing work position (FIG. 18).
- the lid 61 is in the closed position and the cabinet 21 is in a sealed state.
- the drive motors M1, M3, M4, and M5 are driven to rotate the drum D, and at the same time, the centrifugal projector 25, the bucket elevator 32, the screw conveyor 27, and the dust collector (not shown) are operated.
- the projection material is introduced from the bucket elevator 32 through the separator 33 and the hopper 34 to the projector 25 through the introduction pipe 35.
- a projection material is projected from the projector 25 toward the product to be processed in the drum D.
- the product to be processed W in the rotating drum D is evenly stirred by the stirring protrusions 7 provided on the drum D, and a uniform projection process is performed.
- the gap is sealed with the first and second sealing materials 71 and 73 so that it does not leak out of the cabinet 21. .
- the projection material returned into the cabinet 21 falls on the front inclined bottom wall 21d and reaches the screw conveyor 27, and is circulated and used in the same manner as other post-projection projection materials.
- the drive motor M3 is stopped and the operation of the projector 25 is stopped.
- the projection material in the drum D is discharged to the outside of the drum D through the shot punching hole (falls in the cabinet 21).
- the time required for discharging all the projection material in the drum D differs depending on the amount, shape, and size of the product to be processed and the projection material. Therefore, although the discharge of the projection material in the drum D may be completed in a short time, the inside of the cabinet 21 after the projection is dusty, and when the lid 61 is in the open position in this state, This is not preferable in terms of the working environment because the dust leaks to the outside.
- the drive motor M1 is further driven to drive the drum D. Is tilted to the product discharge position to discharge the product to be processed (FIG. 19). At this time, the guide flap 77 attached to the outer cylinder 85 of the drum D comes to the lower-side processed product discharge position of the drum D.
- the receiving means 90 for receiving the product to be processed at a position where the guide flap 77 is located inside the receiving means 90, the product to be processed is smoothly discharged. Furthermore, since the above-described bar plate projection 16 is provided in the drum D, the product to be processed can be completely discharged by the rotation of the drum D. When the discharge of the product to be processed is completed, the drive motor M2 is stopped.
