Abstract

生体サンプル中のグルコース、クエン酸、cis—アコニット酸の、健常者の測定値に対する被験者の測定値の比率を算出し、グルコースの比率、クエン酸の比率、cis—アコニット酸の比率を疲労の評価および/または判定に用いる。 同様に、イソクエン酸の比率、コハク酸の比率、リンゴ酸の比率、乳酸の比率を算出し、上記3つの比率と併せて疲労の評価および/または判定に用いる。これにより、客観的かつ簡便な疲労の診断および評価を可能にする。
