  • the fixed part 33 is provided with perforating tips 35 sliding into corresponding holes 36 of the sliding part 34, and the sliding part 34 is movable between an extraction position of the perforating tips 35 from holes 36 and a retraction position of the perforating tips 35 into holes 36. If a capsule with a completely sealed top is used as charge 4 and the perforating tips 35 are used for perforating said top, the sliding part 34 in the movement thereof that it carries out when chamber 2 moves from the dispensing position to the charging position acts as extractor of the capsule from the perforating tips 35.
  • the control means carried by the side walls 9 of frame 21, comprise a linkage 37 also actuable by the rotation of axis 14 and ending with a cam profile 38 interacting with a transversal axis 39 of the sliding part 34 of piston 3.
  • control means external rather than internal to piston 3 from the one side prevents some parts thereof from coming into contact with the infusion water, contaminating it, on the other side it allows controlling the movement of the sliding part 34 that is moved only after covering a large part of the path of chamber 2 towards the charging position, so as to leave more space to the capsule to be ejected without impacting against piston 3.
  • the dispensing unit initially is with chamber 2 in the charging position illustrated in figure 1.
  • the mechanism for moving chamber 2 starts, which moves chamber 2 thanks to the thrust exerted on the first transversal axis 10 which initially is at the top end of the closing path 6.
  • chainber 2 carries out a rotary-shifting that ends with the take up of the dispensing position (shown in figure 11) at the bottom end of the closing path 6.
  • the ends of the transversal axis 10 slide on tabs 12 that bend.
  • the ends of the transversal axis 10 release from tabs 12 which recover the former bending.
  • a retraction path of chamber 2 along the closing path 6 would therefore be prevented by the interference of the ends of the transversal axis 10 with tabs 12 which on the contrary, when at the end of the dispensing chamber 2 is moved again, divert the transversal axis 10 towards the opening path 7.
  • chamber 2 carries out a rotary-shifting that ends with the take up of the charging position (shown in figure 10) at the top end of the opening path 7.
  • the ends of the transversal axis 10 slide on tabs 13 that bend.

  • the optimum synchronisation between the extraction and the retraction of perforating means 36 from holes 36 and the movement of chamber 3 is determined by the external control means of piston 3.
  • the hydraulic circuit provides for the injection of infusion waster dispensed by piston 3 through the perforated top of the capsule and the outward dispensing of the infusion through a special channelling obtained in chamber 2.
  • the infusion unit according to the invention is especially advantageous for that fact of differentiating the closing from the opening path of chamber 2 so as to optimize and simplify the management of charge 4.
  • an infusion chamber having a direction substantially horizontal of the longitudinal axis thereof in the dispensing position it is more generically meant a direction even slightly inclined from the horizontal direction, provided the horizontal component of such direction is prevailing and in any case such as to determine the technical drawback solved by the present invention.

Abstract

L'unité de distribution d'une machine à café selon la présente invention comprend une chambre d'infusion et un piston pour la fermeture de cette dernière, la chambre d'infusion étant mobile entre une position de chargement de la charge de café, dans laquelle elle est libérée du piston, et une position de distribution, dans laquelle elle coopère avec le piston lors de sa fermeture. On utilise un moyen pour différencier le trajet de fermeture de la chambre et le trajet d'ouverture de la chambre, le moyen de différenciation étant conçu pour garder le piston près de la chambre pendant le trajet de fermeture afin d'empêcher la fuite de la charge et pour éloigner le piston de la chambre pendant le trajet d'ouverture afin de permettre la fuite de la charge.
