Abstract

It is proposed to connect the ammunition and the magazine (2) to each other not only in terms of design, but also in terms of function. The magazine (2) and ammunition are for all intents and purposes combined to form sub-modules (1), wherein a plurality of sub-modules (1.1-1.4) would then be comparable to the quantity of conventional ammunition in the launcher tube. Said sub-modules (1.1-1.4) are then preferably assembled and locked (as a module), which is comparable to a previously loaded magazine. The individual sub-module (1) contains, inter alia, rifling, by means of which, during firing, the ammunition/submunition is caused to rotate and is thereby stabilised.

Description

BESCHREIBUNG  DESCRIPTION

Magazinintegrierte Munition Magazine-integrated ammunition

The invention relates to a magazine or magazine-integrated ammunition, in particular for a launcher.

One or more ammunitions are provided individually, strapped or magazined in the appropriate weapon and launcher systems. A mechanical load capacity is taken over by the ammunition itself. The magazine or the belt are in the true sense of a holder, storage or Zuführmöglichkeit the ammunition to the weapon.

Einen Patronengurt beschreiben die AT 345 697 B sowie die AT 346 736 B. Weitere Patronengurte sind aus der DE 1 222 824 C, der DE 33 36 192 A1 oder DE 44 17 782 C2 bekannt. Die DE 202 05 689 111 offenbart einen Patronengurt mit Kunststoffgliedern. A cartridge belt is described by AT 345 697 B and AT 346 736 B. Further cartridge belts are known from DE 1 222 824 C, DE 33 36 192 A1 or DE 44 17 782 C2. DE 202 05 689 111 discloses a cartridge belt with plastic links.

A launcher of the known type for protection against endphasengelenkte flying objects shows the DE 103 46 001 B2. The launcher comprises side-by-side launcher shafts, the cover of which is opened to eject the ammunition from the launcher.

Another, the applicant's own DE 196 17 701 A1 deals with a method for providing a decoy. The active masses are ejected from a launcher and positioned by a projectile in rotation.

Also such Werfersystem are subject to the Wusch on range increase. If you change the drive system of the ammunition and its patronization, however, higher loads act on the interface of the launcher and ammunition, so that these loads increase above the permissible level. Although this fact could be counteracted, for example, by stiffening the cartridge tube of the ammunition, it would also be necessary to change the magazining of the ammunition in the launcher system, which, however, is undesirable. Here, the invention has the object to provide a device with which an increase in range in a simple manner and taking into account the costs is possible.

The object is achieved by the features of claim 1.Vorteilhafte embodiments are shown in the subclaims.

In connection with an increase in range for weapons or launcher systems, functional shifts from the ammunition into the area of the magazine are worth considering, since these can not be taken over by the ammunition alone. From the point of view of cost optimization, too, the merging of individual functions of the system components must be reconsidered.

The invention is therefore based on the idea to connect the ammunition and the magazine not only constructively but also functionally. Magazine and ammunition are fused, so to speak submodules, in which case several submodules (for example, 4) with the number of conventional ammunition (in the launcher or launcher shaft) would be comparable. These submodules are then preferably plugged together and locked (as a module), which in turn is comparable to a previously aufmunitionierten magazine. The individual submodule includes, among other things, trains that, when fired, cause the ammunition / submunition to rotate and thereby stabilize (transfer of a function from the ammunition).

The submunition / projectiles are thus inventively integrated directly into a magazine / magazine segment, which in turn can take over the load capacity of the ammunition and ammunition-relevant functions. The magazine or Submodulsegmente can be plugged together by their structural shape to a magazine. Alternatively, tilting / locking connection could also be used to assemble the submodules.

The magazine is compatible with existing launcher systems, the magazine segments are compatible with each other, which also enables interchangeability of the segments within the magazine network (modular design).

Reference to an embodiment with drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail.

Fig. 5a, b eine Verbindungsmöglichkeit im oberen Bereich der Munition wie aus Fig. 3. 5a, b a possibility of connection in the upper region of the ammunition as shown in FIG. 3rd

Abgeschlossen wird das Magazin 2 vorzugsweise durch einen Griff bzw. eine Verriegelung 3. 1, submodules or magazine segments are shown in a plan view, with four submodules 1 (1.1- 1.4) forming a magazine 2 here. The magazine 2 is preferably completed by a handle or a lock third

In the segments 1 not shown cartridges or ammunition (active body) are integrated - integrated. The individual submodules / magazine segments 1.1 - 1.4 include, among other things, trains 8, by means of which the ammunition / submunition / active body is set in rotation during firing and thereby stabilized.

The first submodule 1.1 preferably has an undercut 5 on one side, which is structurally coordinated with a projection 6 of the further submodules 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, so that both can be plugged together. For this purpose, the following submodules 1.2 - 1.n have an undercut 5 in addition to the projection 6, while the first submodule 1.1 has only one undercut 5.

By plugging together the submodules 1.1 - 1.4, the magazine 2 is formed. In the undercut of the last submodule 1.4, in particular for the transport of the handle 3, preferably connected with a lock introduced.

The embodiment described here comprises primarily a magazine 2 for a projector with four ammunitions arranged one above the other. This embodiment is to be preferred, since known magazines generally also have only four stacked discharge tubes (compare DE 103 46 001 B2), which in turn form a launcher shaft.

It is understood, however, that for other types of projectors and / or purposes several submodules 1 can be summarized. If the submodules 1 also have lateral It would also be conceivable to connect further submodules 1 via this interface.

Another variant of the design of the ammunition packages is shown in FIG. 3. Here, the submodules 10 (10, 10.2 and more) are locked together.

The alternative of the connection of these submodules 10 with each other show the Fig. 4a, b and 5 a and b on.

The submodules 10 preferably have, on the one hand, at least one hook 11 in the lower area, which can be connected to interventions 12 of the following submodule 10. For this purpose, the hook / hooks 11 of a submodule 10 are hooked into the intervention (s) 12 of the previous module 10, the modules being folded together. In order to ensure a secure connection of the modules 10 in the upper area, a locking 13 can be integrated. This may be a snap in a simple form, for which the front module 10 has a notch and the subsequent module has a nose which can engage in the notch (not shown in detail). As a preferred variant, however, a spring bolt 14 is used which can engage behind or into a recess 15 of a part 16 extending away from the module 10.1. This allows easy release of the modules 10.1 and 10.2 from each other (Fig. 5a, b). In Fig. 1, the spring pin 14 is pulled, the latch open, in Fig. 4b, the spring pin 14 is closed and thus realized the locking. Furthermore, there are horizontal and vertical Lammellen 17 to the submodules 10.1, 10.2. These interlock in the locked state. By the Lammellen 17, for example, the external forces, caused by handling, etc., collected and relieve the entanglements and locking or locking. The number of Lammellen 17 can be selected depending on the expected application of force, the material and their arrangement.
