- the crosslinking rate of the sealing resin is defined as a gel fraction when dissolved in a soluble solvent.
- a quantitative method of gel fraction by heat extraction of toluene with EVA resin is common.
- the bonding precursor 13 is used as a back sheet in the subsequent manufacturing process.
- the upper surface (surface opposite to the light reflecting plate 4) of the bonding precursor 13 is exposed and has a planar shape. - the solar cell module 1 excellent in long-term reliability can be obtained.
- sealing resin such as EVA resin
- sealing resin such as EVA resin is a soft transparent resin excellent in flexibility. For this reason, when laminating the solar cell elements, the solar cell elements are easily displaced due to the large flow of the sealing resin.
- the concavo-convex shape is formed using the sealing resin, the shape is liable to collapse due to stress relaxation or creep of the sealing resin, and the shape retention performance is lowered. Accordingly, it is difficult to position the solar cell element with high accuracy with respect to the light reflecting plate.
- a bonding precursor 13 formed by bonding the thick resin sheet 12 to the wave-like light reflecting plate 4 is formed by hot pressing. For this reason, after that, the solar cell element 2 is disposed on the bonding precursor 13, and the solar cell element 2 is laminated in a state where the thin resin sheet 14 and the front plate 3 are sequentially disposed on the solar cell element 2.
- the displacement of the solar cell element 2 due to the large flow of the sealing resin hardly occurs.
- the bonding precursor 13 is placed on the lower mold 10 on which the concave and convex processing corresponding to the light reflecting plate 4 has been performed. Even when the battery element 2 is laminated, the shape retention accuracy of the sealing resin is kept high.
- the joining precursor 13 is used as a back sheet, unnecessary stress is hardly applied to the solar cell element 2.
- the positional relationship of the solar cell element 2 with respect to the light reflecting plate 4 can be maintained with high accuracy. As a result, it is possible to improve the light collection efficiency with respect to the solar cell element 2 and thus improve the power generation efficiency.
- the cross-linking reaction of the sealing resin proceeds uniformly and uniformly when the solar cell element 2 is laminated. Therefore, since it becomes difficult to generate bubbles in the sealing resin, it is possible to sufficiently suppress a decrease in light collection efficiency due to the generation of bubbles and peeling of the sealing resin from the light reflecting plate 4.
- the bonding precursor 13 it is possible to prevent the silver vapor deposition layer, the silver alloy vapor deposition layer, and the primer layer that are easily damaged by stress when the solar cell element 2 is laminated from being broken or decomposed. For this reason, deterioration of the silver vapor deposition layer or silver alloy vapor deposition layer by penetration of oxygen or moisture can be prevented. Thereby, it becomes possible to maintain the light reflectivity of the light reflection plate 4 in a high state.
- the bonding precursor 13 is used as a back sheet as described above, unnecessary stress is prevented from being applied to the solar cell element 2. For this reason, generation
- the metal plastic substrate 6 plays a role as a heat radiating plate, and the heat accumulated in the solar cell element 2 is efficiently released. Thereby, the fall of the power generation efficiency accompanying the temperature rise of the solar cell element 2 can be avoided.
- the light reflecting plate 4 has a structure in which a thin plastic substrate 6 is processed into a sheet metal, even if the light reflecting plate 4 repeats thermal expansion and contraction, the light reflecting plate 4 itself serves as a spring, and heat shrinkage stress. Will be absorbed flexibly.
- the soft sealing resin has a function of releasing heat shrinkage stress. For this reason, when the solar cell module 1 is enlarged to, for example, about 1 m square, even if the solar cell module 1 is used over a long period of time, stress strain is hardly accumulated inside the module. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the light reflecting plate 4 from peeling or cracking, the occurrence of poor bonding of the solar cell element 2, and the like, and it is possible to ensure long-term reliability over 20 years.

- the resin pellet 40 is arranged in a metal mold
- a method can also be implemented. However, in this case, since mixing of bubbles is more likely to occur than in the case of using the resin sheet 12 from the beginning, care is required for molding.
