一固定单元:包括:一本体,它开设有一进水孔、一接通进水孔的第一滑动腔、一接通第一滑动腔的过水孔、一接通过水孔的第二滑动腔及二能够接通第二滑动腔的分水孔;
一出水机构,它密封固接在本体之下,而且,它具有二独立的出水功能,该二出水功能分别接通二分水孔;及
一外壳,它固定套接在本体之外;
一切换单元,它包括一按钮、一带有第一密封件的第一拨杆和一带有第二密封件的第二拨杆,该按钮具有一枢接位及二分别位于枢接位之左右的连接位,该枢接位枢接在固定单元并使得按钮能够摆动,该第一拨杆和第二拨杆分别连接在按钮的二连接位,而且,该第一拨杆、第二拨杆分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔;
其中:当第一拨杆的第一密封件堵塞过水孔时,该第二拨杆的第二密封件介于二分水孔之间;当第二拨杆的第二密封件密封二分水孔之一时,该第一拨杆的第一密封件位于过水孔之二侧边之一。
一较佳实施例中,所述二分水孔之开口对称位于过水孔轴线之左右。
一较佳实施例中,所述固定单元,它包括:
一本体,它开设有一进水孔、一接通进水孔的第一滑动腔、一接通第一滑动腔的过水孔、一接通过水孔的第二滑动腔及二能够接通第二滑动腔的分水孔;
一出水机构,它密封固接在本体之下,而且,它具有二独立的出水功能,该二出水功能分别接通二分水孔;及
一外壳,它固定套接在本体之外。
一较佳实施例中,所述本体之外凸设有一支座,该支座末端形成为支点;该按钮的枢接位为枢槽,该枢槽枢接在支座之支点。
一较佳实施例中,所述本体的外壳开设有一与按钮相适配的侧槽,以容置按钮伸出壳体。
一较佳实施例中,所述本体的外壳侧面开设有与第一、二拨杆相适配的二导向槽,以容置第一、二拨杠延伸出壳体的部分。
一较佳实施例中,所述支座位于第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔之间。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之三为:
一种杠杆切换花洒出水控制方法,它包括:
步骤1. 打开进水阀门以通水;
步骤2.
按压按钮的上部,该第一拨杆朝正方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件位于过水孔之正侧,以打开进水,同时,该第二拨杆朝反方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件密封一分水孔;
步骤3.
按压按钮的下部,该第一拨杆朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件堵塞过水孔,以止水,同时,该第二拨杆朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件介于二分水孔之间;
步骤4.
继续按压按钮的下部,该第一拨杆朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件位于过水孔之反侧,以打开进水,同时,该第二拨杆朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件密封另一分水孔。
本技术方案与背景技术相比:1.利用杠杆式按钮,实现三个按钮功能,即可实现花洒的二种不同出水效果和一种止水效果,操作方便,并实现了止水的出水效果;2.该切换单元无需安装阀芯总成,加工难度相应降低,也减少了耗材,提高了生产效率;3.所述的二分水孔之开口对称位于过水孔轴线之左右,当第一滑动腔内第一拨杆的第一密封件堵塞过水孔或位于其两侧时,第二拨杆的第二密封件相对于二分水孔正反方向地运动,从而实现不同出水效果的切换,使切换过程简便,各部件也配合紧密。

实施例1,请参阅图1至图4,为本发明杠杆切换装置,它包括一固定单元100和一切换单元200,其中:
该固定单元100包括一本体110,所述本体110开设有一进水孔111、一接通进水孔111的第一滑动腔112、一接通第一滑动腔112的过水孔113、一接通过水孔113的第二滑动腔114及二能够接通第二滑动腔114的分水孔115、116;该述二分水孔115、116之开口对称位于过水孔113轴线之左右。
所述本体110之外凸设有一支座117,该支座117末端形成为支点P;所述支座117位于第一滑动腔112和第二滑动腔114之间。
该切换单元200所述切换单元200,它包括一按钮210、一带有第一密封件222的第一拨杆220和一带有第二密封件232的第二拨杆230。
该按钮210与所述外壳130的侧槽131相适配,并部分延伸出壳体,其具有一枢接位211及二分别位于枢接位之左右的连接位212、213,该枢接位211成为枢槽,该枢槽枢接在支座117之支点P以枢接在固定单元100并使得按钮210能够摆动,成为杠杆形式。
该第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔112和第二滑动腔114,并分别通过第一、二压盖221、231与按钮的二连接位212、213相连接。以及,所述外壳130侧面开设有与第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别相适配的二导向槽132、133,以容置第一、二拨杠220、230延伸出壳体130的部分,所述第一拨杆220之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔223,本实施例中,该第一密封件222为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第一装配孔223;所述第二拨杆230之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第二装配孔233,该第二密封件232在本实施例中为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第二装配孔233。
根据需要,切换单元200中,第一、二压盖221、231分别与第一、二拨杆220、230之间可设置O形垫圈224、
234,二拨杆220、230与二导向槽132、133之间也可设有密封环,以及本体110与出水面盖装配处也设有密封环。
实施例2,请参阅图5至图11,为本发明一种杠杆切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100和一切换单元200,其中:
该固定单元100包括一本体110、一出水结构120以及一外壳130。
所述本体110开设有一进水孔111、一接通进水孔111的第一滑动腔112、一接通第一滑动腔112的过水孔113、一接通过水孔113的第二滑动腔114及二能够接通第二滑动腔114的分水孔115、116;该述二分水孔115、116之开口对称位于过水孔113轴线之左右。
所述本体110之外凸设有一支座117,该支座117末端形成为支点P;所述支座117位于第一滑动腔112和第二滑动腔114之间。
所述出水机构120,它密封固接在本体110之下,而且,它具有二独立的出水功能,该二出水功能分别接通二分水孔115、116;
所述外壳130,它固定套接在本体110之外,其开设有侧槽以及第一、二导向槽。
所述切换单元200,它包括一按钮210、一带有第一密封件222的第一拨杆220和一带有第二密封件232的第二拨杆230。
该按钮210与所述外壳130的侧槽131相适配,并部分延伸出壳体,其具有一枢接位211及二分别位于枢接位之左右的连接位212、213,该枢接位211成为枢槽,该枢槽枢接在支座117之支点P以枢接在固定单元100并使得按钮210能够摆动,成为杠杆形式。
该第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔112和第二滑动腔114,并分别通过第一、二压盖221、231与按钮的二连接位212、213相连接。以及,所述外壳130侧面开设有与第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别相适配的二导向槽132、133,以容置第一、二拨杠220、230延伸出壳体130的部分,所述第一拨杆220之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔223,本实施例中,该第一密封件222为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第一装配孔223;所述第二拨杆230之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第二装配孔233,该第二密封件232在本实施例中为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第二装配孔233。
根据需要,切换单元200中,第一、二压盖221、231分别与第一、二拨杆220、230之间可设置密封环,二拨杆220、230与二导向槽132、133之间也可设有密封环,以及本体110与出水面盖装配处也设有密封环。
该杠杆切换花洒的出水功能切换原理如下:
结合图6、图7所示,为本发明的较佳实施例中,第一连接位212(代表第一按钮功能)被按下时,杠杆切换花洒的示意图。
按压第一连接位212时,该第一拨杆220朝正方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封球222位于过水孔113之正侧,以打开进水,同时,该第二拨杆230朝反方向滑动且第二拨杆230之密封球232密封第二分水孔116,此时水流经进水孔111流入第一滑动腔132并经过水孔113进入第二滑动腔133,通过导通的第一分水孔115,从出水面盖118的第一出水口121流出,形成花洒水的出水效果。
结合图8、图9所示,为本发明的较佳实施例中,枢接位211(代表第二按钮功能)被按下时,杠杆切换花洒的示意图。
按压枢接位211时,按钮面与花洒本体110表面平行,该第一拨杆220朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆220之密封球222堵塞过水孔113,以止水(也可采用未完全密封,出现滴水),同时,该第二拨杆230朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆230之密封球232介于二分水孔115、116之间,此时仅有少量水从过水孔113溢进第二滑动腔133,并经第一、二分水孔115、116从出水面盖118的第二出水口122流出均匀水滴,形成止水的出水效果。
结合图10、图11所示,为本发明的较佳实施例中,第二连接位213(代表第三按钮功能)被按下时,杠杆切换花洒的示意图。
按压第二连接位213时,该第一拨杆220朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆220之密封球222位于过水孔113之反侧,以导通过水孔,同时,该第二拨杆230朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆230之密封球232密封第一分水孔115;此时水流经进水孔111流入第一滑动腔132然后经过水孔113进入第二滑动腔133,通过导通的第二分水孔116,进入起泡器组件119,在其作用下产生气泡水从出水面盖118的相应出水口123流出,形成气泡水的出水效果。
实施例3,请参阅图12,为本发明一种杠杆切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100和一切换单元200。其中:与实施例2不同之处在于其切换单元200的第一拨杆220第二拨杆上的密封件为:弹簧225、235和密封碗226、236;弹簧225、密封碗226依次第一拨杆220上的第一装配孔223内;弹簧235、密封碗236依次第二拨杆230上的第一装配孔233内。其动作原理与实施例2相同。
实施例4、请参阅图13、14、15、16,为本发明一种杠杆切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100和一切换单元200。其中:与实施例3不同之处在:其切换单元200的第二拨杆230上的密封件为:设置在第二拨杆230上的档圈237。
其第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔112和第二滑动腔114,并分别通过第一、二压盖221、231与按钮的二连接位212、213相连接。以及,所述外壳130侧面开设有与第一拨杆220、第二拨杆230分别相适配的二导向槽132、133,以容置第一、二拨杠220、230延伸出壳体130的部分,所述第一拨杆220之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔223,本实施例中,该第一密封件222为一弹簧225及一密封碗226,依次装接在第一装配孔223内;本实施例中第二滑腔114为阶梯孔,其小孔径的孔径小于第二拨杆230上的档圈237的外径,另配一限水块238,限水块238与第二压盖231为一体,其内径小于第二拨杆230上档圈237的外径;第二拨杆230可在第二滑腔114内滑动,通过档圈237控制第一分水口115或第二分水口116通断。
实施例5、请参阅图17,为本发明一种杠杆切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100和一切换单元200。其中:与实施例2不同之处在:其外壳一体成型有一手柄134。
本发明一种杠杆切换装置及花洒,通过其按压按钮即可实现三种按钮功能,即二种不同出水效果和一种止水效果,使用效果好,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (12)
- 一种杠杆切换装置其特征在于:它包括:一固定单元,它具有一进水孔、一接通进水孔的第一滑动腔、一接通第一滑动腔的过水孔、一接通过水孔的第二滑动腔、二能够接通第二滑动腔的分水孔及二分别接通二分水孔的出水功能;及一切换单元,它包括一按钮、一带有第一密封件的第一拨杆和一带有第二密封件的第二拨杆,该按钮具有一枢接位及二分别位于枢接位之左右的连接位,该枢接位枢接在固定单元并使得按钮能够摆动,该第一拨杆和第二拨杆分别连接在按钮的二连接位,而且,该第一拨杆、第二拨杆分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔;其中:当第一拨杆的第一密封件堵塞过水孔时,该第二拨杆的第二密封件介于两分水孔之间;当第二拨杆的第二密封件密封两分水孔之一时,该第一拨杆的第一密封件位于过水孔之二侧边之一。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔,该第一密封件为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第一装配孔;所述第二拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第二装配孔,该第二密封件为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第二装配孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔,该第一密封件为弹簧及一密封碗,该依次装接在第一装配孔内;所述第二拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第二装配孔,该第二密封件为一弹簧及一密封碗,该依次装接在第二装配孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔,该第一密封件为弹簧及一密封碗,该依次装接在第一装配孔内;所述第二密封件为一设在第二拨杆之上的档圈。
- 一种杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:它包括:一固定单元:包括:一本体,它开设有一进水孔、一接通进水孔的第一滑动腔、一接通第一滑动腔的过水孔、一接通过水孔的第二滑动腔及二能够接通第二滑动腔的分水孔;一出水机构,它密封固接在本体之下,而且,它具有二独立的出水功能,该二出水功能分别接通二分水孔;及一外壳,它固定套接在本体之外;一切换单元,它包括一按钮、一带有第一密封件的第一拨杆和一带有第二密封件的第二拨杆,该按钮具有一枢接位及二分别位于枢接位之左右的连接位,该枢接位枢接在固定单元并使得按钮能够摆动,该第一拨杆和第二拨杆分别连接在按钮的二连接位,而且,该第一拨杆、第二拨杆分别横向滑动连接在第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔;其中:当第一拨杆的第一密封件堵塞过水孔时,该第二拨杆的第二密封件介于二分水孔之间;当第二拨杆的第二密封件密封二分水孔之一时,该第一拨杆的第一密封件位于过水孔之二侧边之一。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第一装配孔,该第一密封件为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第一装配孔;所述第二拨杆之上开设有一上下贯穿孔的第二装配孔,该第二密封件为密封球,该密封球适配并装接在第二装配孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述两分水孔之开口对称位于过水孔轴线之左右。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述本体之外凸设有一支座,该支座末端形成为支点;该按钮的枢接位为枢槽,该枢槽枢接在支座之支点。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述本体的外壳开设有一与按钮相适配的侧槽,以容置按钮伸出壳体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述本体的外壳侧面开设有与第一、二拨杆相适配的二导向槽,以容置第一、二拨杠延伸出壳体的部分。
- 根据权利要求8所述的杠杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述支座位于第一滑动腔和第二滑动腔之间。
- 一种杠杆切换花洒出水控制方法,其特征在于:它包括:步骤1. 打开进水阀门以通水;步骤2. 按压按钮的上部,该第一拨杆朝正方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件位于过水孔之正侧,以打开进水,同时,该第二拨杆朝反方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件密封一分水孔;步骤3. 按压按钮的下部,该第一拨杆朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件堵塞过水孔,以止水,同时,该第二拨杆朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件介于二分水孔之间;步骤4. 继续按压按钮的下部,该第一拨杆朝反方向滑动且第一拨杆之密封件位于过水孔之反侧,以打开进水,同时,该第二拨杆朝正方向滑动且第二拨杆之密封件密封另一分水孔。
