Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à des dispositifs électroniques et optoélectroniques écoviables et biocompatibles, à faible coût, sympathiques vis-à-vis de l'environnement, tels que des transistors et des transistors électroluminescents, réalisés avec de la fibroïne de soie ou mélangés avec d'autres biopolymères, à des procédés de fabrication et à des procédés d'utilisation de dispositifs électroniques et optoélectroniques basés sur la soie. Il est possible d'implanter in vivo et in vitro les dispositifs électroniques et optoélectroniques pour des applications biomédicales, telles que pour la recherche de médicaments ou des essais et des dispositifs de criblage de médicaments. Les dispositifs à base de soie peuvent être utilisés dans l'industrie alimentaire et être enfouis dans l'emballage pour un suivi et une détection pour des besoins de sécurité, ou être exploités en tant que produits jetables non nocifs destinés à des dispositifs électroniques et optoélectroniques généraux efficaces vis-à-vis de l'environnement.
