Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau de construction à base de cellulose et son procédé de production et d'application. Ce matériau de construction léger contient une matière première cellulosique ainsi que des adjuvants naturels et peut être appliqué principalement sous la forme d'un matériau de construction post-durcissant dans le domaine de l'architecture structurelle et du génie civil pour différentes applications, par exemple pour des éléments muraux porteurs, blocs, poutres, colonnes, coffrages, structures monolithiques, telles que plafonds, sous-couches d'isolation thermique et phonique, ouvrages ciselés, ainsi que pour des mortiers de plâtre, mortiers d'isolation et mortiers adhésifs. Le mélange plastique du matériau de construction avant durcissement contient la matière première cellulosique, en particulier du papier broyé, ainsi que de l'eau et un liant, principalement du ciment et au moins un adjuvant, un produit fini solide étant formé à partir du mélange post-durcissant. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la quantité de matière première cellulosique dans le mélange plastique du matériau de construction pour 1 m3 de produit fini durci est supérieure à 30 kg, de préférence 30-150 kg, dont au moins 20 kg, de préférence 20-60 kg, est constitué de papier broyé, la matière première de papier se présentant sous la forme de flocons de papier de type coton broyé. En outre, le mélange contient au moins 10 kg, de préférence 10-20 kg, d'un additif pour émulsion/dispersion, constitué d'une base alcalin-siloxane et/ou d'une base acrylate.
