Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système de traitement d'appels téléphoniques comprenant un enregistreur d'appel connecté à un système de télécommunications. L'enregistreur d'appel enregistre la partie audio d'un appel téléphonique entre deux ou plusieurs téléphones. Un transcodeur est connecté à l'enregistreur d'appel et transcode la partie audio dans un fichier électronique de données, par exemple sous la forme d'un fichier WAV ou MP3, mais le fichier pouvant également être un fichier de texte provenant de la conversion de la parole en texte. Une passerelle connectée au transcodeur transmet le fichier électronique de données via une connexion de données à une destination, par exemple sous forme d'un courriel ou sous forme de fil d’actualités ou encore via un protocole de transfert de fichiers (FTP). On sélectionne la destination en contrôlant un attribut de l'appel téléphonique, y compris l'identité des participants à la conversation téléphonique.
