Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Konditionierung der Oberflächen von Dentalkomponenten aus oxidkerainischen Werkstoffen auf der Basis von Zirkoniumdioxid, ZrO2, wird auf wenigstens eine der miteinander zu verbindenden Flächen eine dünne Schicht eines Keramiklotes aufgetragen und die Komponente wird anschließend einem keramischen Brand unterzogen, wodurch auf ihrer Oberfläche eine glaskeramische Schicht erzeugt wird. Das Keramiklot wird vorzugsweise mittels einer Sprühtechnik aufgebracht, die Dicke der so erzeugten glaskeramischen Schicht kann weniger als 20 Mikrometer betragen. Die Konditionierungsbehandlung kann zur Vorbereitung von Kronen vor deren Aufsetzen durchgeführt werden, auch vor einer nachfolgenden Verblendung oder nach einer Verblendung der Kronen. Ebenso kann sie zur Vorbereitung von Abutments und zur Vorbereitung von ein- oder mehrflügeligen Klebebrücken durchgeführt werden.
