Abstract
Spherical copper nanoparticles and hollow spheroidal copper micro-particles, which are capable of sintering at low temperature into microscopic and macroscopic copper structures, and novel methods for preparing same are provided. Further provided are uses of the copper particles in applications such as electronic printing.
