Abstract
Description
Vorrichtung zur Trinkwassergewinnung Device for drinking water production
The invention relates to a device for drinking water from industrial water. Such devices have been known for a long time. DE 30 15 254 discloses a lavishly designed floor element in which a drinking water collecting channel is above the hot water basin and thus partially shields it from solar energy. The bottom pan and the collecting channel are also only costly and expensive to produce.
Although US 2,848,389 discloses a simpler structure, the simultaneous large-scale catching of rainwater is not possible here.
Also, EP 1 448 481 B1 discloses costly to produce, to be bonded or welded parts in which the removal of drinking water is also complicated and difficult.
The invention has for its object to provide a simple to manufacture, easy to clean device for drinking water production, by means of which also rainwater can be collected and is inexpensive to buy and operate.
The object is achieved by a device for drinking water from industrial water, consisting of a bottom pan, which is surrounded by a drinking water collecting channel, and a tapered top cover, which rises detachably on the outer edge of the drinking water collecting channel, wherein in the region of the upstanding edge of the cover an inward law te drip edge is provided, which is located in the region above the drinking water collecting channel and wherein between the drip edge and the edge of the cover an outer channel is formed, and wherein the channel has at least one bore, which also ends in the region of the drinking water collecting channel.
The bottom pan, preferably square bottom pan with the surrounding drinking water collecting channel can be created inexpensively by simply deep drawing. The cover, preferably pyramid-shaped cover can be made inexpensively by deep drawing. The drip edge of the cover ensures that the recovered by distillation in the bottom tray and subsequent condensation on the cover drinking water safely enters the drinking water collection channel. The additionally formed circumferential channel causes rain water collected over a large area of the entire pyramid-shaped cover and can also get into the drinking water collecting channel via the hole.
It is advantageous that the upstanding edge has a circumferential groove for receiving the outer edge of the drinking water collecting channel. This is a secure connection between the floor pan with drinking water collection channel and the cover given.
It has been proven that the bore can be closed, preferably closed by a valve. This ensures that the first rainfall, which may be contaminated, do not enter the drinking water collecting channel but drain over the outer edge of the gutter and only when clean rain water is to be expected, the plug or the valve is opened.
It has been proven that the drinking water collecting channel is assigned at least one sampling valve. As a result, the recovered drinking water can easily tap out of the device. It is expedient that the bottom tray is assigned an inlet for service water. This makes it easy to top up evaporated water.
Significantly, the floor pan is made of dark, solar energy absorbing material. As a result, as much of the solar energy as possible is converted into heat, which serves to warm up and evaporate the water in the floor pan.
It is expedient that the cover is made of translucent material, so that as much energy as possible can reach the service water or the dark floor pan.
If the cover is additionally thermally insulated, the temperature in the square base tray can be increased even further. However, care must be taken that the hood remains cold enough for the evaporated water to condense on it.
It is advantageous if the drinking water collecting channel has a porous cover. It may be a perforated film through which the water collected at the drip edge can get into the drinking water collecting channel, on the underside of which, however, already recovered and re-evaporating drinking water condenses again and returns to the drinking water collecting channel. But it is also possible to use on the drinking water collecting channel floating balls against the evaporation of the recovered drinking water.
In order to interconnect several devices for drinking water production, it is conceivable that these are connected in series or are laid from a line of parallel connections to the service water and / or parallel lines to the tap. It makes sense, instead of polygonal or rounder Floor basins to use square floor pans, so that an optimal coverage of the available area for drinking water production is achieved.
Dabei zeigt The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to a drawing. It shows
