Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'installation d'un élément allongé (8) entre un fond (B) sous un corps d'eau (W) et une plateforme (2) dans ledit corps d'eau, ledit élément allongé comprenant une première extrémité (16) et une seconde extrémité (28). Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : suspendre la première extrémité (16) par un second moyen de suspension (25) sur la plateforme; suspendre la seconde extrémité (28) par un premier moyen de suspension (15) sur la plateforme; et acheminer la première extrémité (16) du second moyen de suspension (15) jusqu'à un emplacement sous-marin (B). La première extrémité (16) peut initialement être suspendue par le premier moyen de suspension (15) avant son transfert vers le second moyen de suspension (25).
