Abstract

La présente invention est relative à une surface de cuisson (8) d'aliments pour article culinaire ou appareil électroménager de cuisson, consistant en un dépôt de Zr et/ou Nb et/ou Ti sur un substrat (4), l'élaboration comportant une étape de carburation et/ou de nitruration d'au moins l'un des éléments, caractérisée en ce que la surface de cuisson (8) comporte également un dépôt de Si afin de réaliser des revêtements (6) (Zr/Nb/Ti)-Si-(N/C). La présente invention concerne également un article culinaire ou un appareil électroménager de cuisson comportant une telle surface de cuisson (8).
