Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de détermination de la tension maximale de circuit ouvert (Vco) et de la puissance délivrable d'un matériau photoconvertisseur soumis à une intensité lumineuse de mesure I0, la méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes: on mesure l'intensité de photoluminescence du matériau, on mesure l'absorptivité du matériau photoconvertisseur à une deuxième longueur d'onde (λ2) sensiblement égale à la longueur d'onde de photoluminescence du matériau photoconvertisseur, on détermine la tension maximale de circuit ouvert (Vco) du matériau photoconvertisseur à l'intensité lumineuse de mesure I0 au moyen de l'absorptivité et de l'intensité de photoluminescence mesurées à sensiblement la même longueur d'onde, remarquable en ce que la source lumineuse et le matériau photoconvertisseur sont disposés de manière à ce que les distributions angulaires des rayons incidents sur et émis par la surface éclairée du matériau et collectées par le détecteur soient sensiblement identiques.
