Abstract

Ein Simulator zur Simulation einer Behandlung eines biologischen Gewebes umfasst ein reales Griffstück mit drei Freiheitsgraden der Translation und drei Freiheitsgraden der Rotation, einen Bildschirm zur Darstellung eines dreidimensionalen Modells eines Behandlungsbereichs mit dem biologischen Gewebe und einem virtuellen Griffstück, eine Bewegungserfassungseinrichtung zur Erfassung der dreidimensionalen Bewegung des realen Griffstücks und einen Computer mit einem Simulationsprogramm, durch das das virtuelle Griffstück auf der Grundlage der durch die Bewegungserfassungseinrichtung erfassten Bewegung des realen Griffstücks auf dem Bildschirm in räumlicher Relation zu dem biologischen Gewebe bewegt wird. Der Simulator ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das reale Griffstück einen Laserkopf zur Ausstrahlung eines Laserstrahls eines Lasers zur berührungslosen Behandlung des biologischen Gewebes simuliert, der Simulator eine Eingabevorrichtung zur Eingabe von Laserparametern des Lasers und Gewebeparametern des biologischen Gewebes umfasst, das Simulationsprogramm auf der Grundlage der räumlichen Relation und der Laserparameter eine Auftreffoberfläche des Laserstrahls auf dem biologischen Gewebe und eine Energiedichteverteilung des Laserstrahls innerhalb der Auftreffoberfläche berechnet, und das Simulationsprogramm auf der Grundlage der Energiedichteverteilung und der Gewebeparameter einen Materialabtrag auf dem Bildschirm anzeigt.
