Abstract

A liquid composition for personal hygiene use comprising an active ingredient of cyclopentasiloxane. Tea Tree oil or an active component thereof, and combinations thereof. The composition could further include cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone, and further include dimethiconol. Another composition might include Tea Tree oil or an active component thereof; glycerin; and water. This composition might further include terpinen-4-ol or silicone oil. The composition can be used as a wetting agent for a towelette or wet wipe. The invention includes a dispenser containing any of the compositions for dispensing and applying to rolled toilet tissue, thereby providing that sheets from the roll can be used as a wetted wipe for personal hygiene and health.
