- 용철을 생산하고 부생가스를 발생시키는 용철 제조로,상기 부생가스를 개질하여 수소 및 일산화탄소를 발생시키는 이산화탄소 개질 장치 및상기 수소 및 상기 일산화탄소를 공급 받아 철광석을 환원하는 철광석 환원장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 용철 제조로와 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치 사이에 부생가스 정제설비를 구비하고,상기 부생가스 정제설비는 상기 부생가스 중 유해 성분을 정제하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 부생가스 정제설비는 사이클론, 필터 및 스크러버 중 적어도 하나를 구비하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치와 상기 철광석 환원 장치 사이에 가스 분배 장치를 구비하고,상기 가스 분배 장치는 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치에서 발생한 상기 수소 및 상기 일산화탄소 중 일부를 상기 용철 제조로에 공급하고 나머지를 상기 철광석 환원 장치에 공급하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,제1 열교환기를 구비하고,상기 제1 열교환기는 상기 용철 제조로에서 발생하는 열을 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치에 공급하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 철광석 환원 장치에 연결되는 수증기 분리 장치를 구비하고,상기 수증기 분리 장치는 상기 철광석 환원 장치에서 발생한 물을 분리 및 제거하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 수증기 분리 장치에 연결되는 발전 장치를 구비하고,상기 발전 장치는 상기 수증기 분리 장치로부터 수증기 및 혼합가스를 공급받아 전기 에너지를 생산하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 발전 장치는 터빈인 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 용철 제조로와 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치 사이에 수증기 개질 장치를 구비하고,상기 수증기 개질 장치는, 상기 부생가스 중 수증기를 일산화탄소와 반응시켜 수소를 발생시키는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 용철 제조로와 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치 사이에 이산화탄소 분리 장치를 구비하고,상기 이산화탄소 분리 장치는, 상기 부생가스 중 이산화탄소를 분리하여 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치로 보내고 나머지는 상기 용철 제조로로 보내는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 이산화탄소 분리 장치는 PSA장치이거나, 심냉법, 암모니아/아민 흡수법, 흡착제 사용법, MOF 및 막 분리법 중 어느 하나를 사용하여 이산화탄소를 분리하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 철광석 환원 장치에 연결되는 액체연료 생성 장치를 구비하고,상기 액체연료 생성 장치는, 상기 철광석 환원 장치로부터 혼합가스를 공급받아 액체연료를 생성하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 액체연료 생성 장치에서 생성되는 액체연료는 메탄올, 디메틸에테르 및 하이드로 카본 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 액체연료 생성 장치는 슬러리 반응기인 용철 제조 장치.
- 제12항에서,제2 열교환기를 구비하고,상기 제2 열교환기는 상기 액체연료 생성 장치에서 발생하는 열을 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치에 공급하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 철광석 환원 장치와 상기 액체연료 생성 장치 사이에는 압축기가 구비되는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 액체연료 생성 장치에 연결되는 발전 장치를 구비하고,상기 발전 장치는 상기 액체연료 생성 장치로부터 수증기 및 혼합가스를 공급받아 전기 에너지를 생산하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제17항에서,상기 발전 장치는 터빈인 용철 제조 장치.
- 제17항에서,상기 액체연료 생성 장치와 상기 발전 장치 사이에 이산화탄소 분리 장치를 구비하고,상기 이산화탄소 분리 장치는 상기 혼합가스에서 이산화탄소를 분리하여 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치로 보내는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제19항에서,상기 이산화탄소 분리 장치는 PSA장치이거나, 심냉법, 암모니아/아민 흡수법, 흡착제 사용법, MOF 및 막 분리법 중 어느 하나를 사용하여 이산화탄소를 분리하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 철광석을 환원하여 환원철을 제조하는 제1 철광석 환원 장치,상기 환원철을 공급받아 용철을 생산하고 부생가스를 발생시키는 용철 제조로,상기 부생가스를 개질하여 수소 및 일산화탄소를 발생시키는 이산화탄소 개질 장치 및상기 수소 및 상기 일산화탄소를 공급받아 철광석을 환원하는 제2 철광석 환원 장치를 포함하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제21항에서,상기 용철 제조로와 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치 사이에 부생가스 정제설비를 구비하고,상기 부생가스 정제설비는 상기 부생가스 중 유해 성분을 정제하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제22항에서,상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치와 상기 철광석 환원 장치 사이에 가스 분배 장치를 구비하고,상기 가스 분배 장치는 상기 이산화탄소 개질 장치에서 발생한 상기 수소 및 상기 일산화탄소 중 일부를 상기 제1 철광석 환원 장치에 공급하고 나머지를 상기 제2 철광석 환원 장치에 공급하는 용철 제조 장치.
- 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 제1 철광석 환원 장치 또는 상기 제2 철광석 환원 장치는 유동 환원로인 용철 제조 장치.
