- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 슬라이더는 상기 지퍼부에 결합되고 지퍼부를 따라 슬라이딩 이동하는 슬라이더 본체와, 상기 슬라이더 본체의 하단부에 결합되는 슬라이더 연결부재를 포함하는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 슬라이더는 한 개 또는 두 개 이상의 복수개로 형성되는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 지퍼 연결부재는 일측 단부에 커넥터가 구비되고, 타측 단부에 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리가 구비되는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 지퍼 연결부재 또는 슬라이더 연결부재는 연질재로 된 천, 가죽, 합성수지 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 아기띠 본체부;상기 아기띠 본체부가 결합되는 어깨끈 결착부; 및상기 아기띠 본체부를 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 둘레로 슬라이딩 회전되게 상기 어깨끈 결착부에 결합하는 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 기재된 슬라이딩 장치를 포함하는 아기띠.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 아기띠 본체부는 아기띠 본체와, 상기 아기띠 본체가 결합되는 아기띠 결착판을 포함하며,상기 어깨끈 결착부는 어깨걸이 판과, 상기 어깨걸이 판에 결합되는 어깨끈을 포함하는 아기띠.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 아기띠 본체부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 슬라이더가 부착되고,상기 어깨끈 결착부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 지퍼 연결부재가 부착되는 아기띠.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 지퍼 연결부재는 일측이 어깨끈 결착부의 일면에 부착되고, 타측이 어깨끈 결착부의 측방향을 통해 어깨끈 결착부의 타측면으로 연장되어 나오는 구조로 형성되는 아기띠.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 아기띠 본체부와 어깨끈 결착부는 상부 결착고리부와 하부 결착고리부를 통해 결착되며,상기 상부 결착고리부는 아기띠 본체부의 상부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 상부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하고,상기 하부 결착고리부는 아기띠 본체부의 하부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 하부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하는 아기띠.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 어깨끈에는 지퍼 연결부재의 양측 단부를 걸림 고정하는 고정부재가 형성되며,상기 고정부재는 한쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부에 걸림되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 걸림고리와, 다른쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부가 삽입 관통되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 고정구를 포함하는 아기띠.
- 배낭 본체부;상기 배낭 본체부가 결합되는 어깨끈 결착부; 및상기 배낭 본체부를 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 둘레로 슬라이딩 회전되게 상기 어깨끈 결착부에 결합하는 상기 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 기재된 슬라이딩 장치를 포함하는 배낭.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 배낭 본체부는 배낭 본체와, 상기 배낭 본체가 결합되는 배낭 결착판을 포함하며,상기 어깨끈 결착부는 어깨걸이 판과, 상기 어깨걸이 판에 결합되는 어깨끈을 포함하는 배낭.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 배낭 본체부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 슬라이더가 부착되고,상기 어깨끈 결착부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 지퍼 연결부재가 부착되며,상기 지퍼 연결부재는 일측이 어깨끈 결착부의 일면에 부착되고, 타측이 어깨끈 결착부의 측방향을 통해 어깨끈 결착부의 타측면으로 연장되어 나오는 구조로 형성되는 배낭.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 배낭 본체부와 어깨끈 결착부는 상부 결착고리부와 하부 결착고리부를 통해 결착되며,상기 상부 결착고리부는 배낭 본체부의 상부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 상부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하고,상기 하부 결착고리부는 배낭 본체부의 하부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 하부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하는 배낭.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 어깨끈에는 지퍼 연결부재의 양측 단부를 걸림 고정하는 고정부재가 형성되며,상기 고정부재는 한쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부에 걸림되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 걸림고리와, 다른쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부가 삽입 관통되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 고정구를 포함하는 배낭.
- 가방 본체부;상기 가방 본체부가 결합되는 어깨끈 결착부; 및상기 가방 본체부를 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 둘레로 슬라이딩 회전되게 상기 어깨끈 결착부에 결합하는 상기 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 기재된 슬라이딩 장치를 포함하는 가방.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 가방 본체부는 가방 본체와, 상기 가방 본체에 결합되는 가방 결착판을 포함하며,상기 어깨끈 결착부는 어깨걸이 판과, 상기 어깨걸이 판에 결합되는 어깨끈을 포함하는 가방.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 가방 본체부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 슬라이더가 부착되고,상기 어깨끈 결착부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 지퍼 연결부재가 부착되며,상기 지퍼 연결부재는 일측이 어깨끈 결착부의 일면에 부착되고, 타측은 어깨끈 결착부의 측방향을 통해 어깨끈 결착부의 타측면으로 연장되어 나오는 구조로 형성되는 가방.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 가방 본체부와 어깨끈 결착부는 상부 결착고리부와 하부 결착고리부를 통해 결착되며,상기 상부 결착고리부는 가방 본체부의 상부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 상부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하고,상기 하부 결착고리부는 가방 본체부의 하부에 구비되는 커넥터와, 상기 어깨끈 결착부의 하부에 구비되고 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 결착고리를 포함하는 가방.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,상기 어깨끈에는 지퍼 연결부재의 양측 단부를 걸림 고정하는 고정부재가 형성되며,상기 고정부재는 한쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부에 걸림되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 걸림고리와, 다른쪽 어깨끈에 형성되고 지퍼 연결부재의 단부가 삽입 관통되어 지퍼 연결부재의 단부를 고정하는 고정구를 포함하는 배낭.
- 허리띠 배낭 본체부;상기 허리띠 배낭 본체부가 결합되는 상기 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 기재된 슬라이딩 장치를 포함하며,상기 허리띠 배낭 본체부는 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 지퍼 연결부재에 형성된 지퍼부를 따라 슬라이딩 회전하는 허리띠 배낭.
- 청구항 22에 있어서,상기 허리띠 배낭 본체부에 상기 슬라이딩 장치의 슬라이더가 부착되는 허리띠 배낭.
- 청구항 22에 있어서,상기 허리띠 배낭 본체부는 상부에 커넥터가 구비되며,상기 지퍼 연결부재는 상측부에 상기 커넥터에 결합되는 다수의 상부 결착고리가 구비되는 허리띠 배낭.
