Abstract
Nuestro grupo de investigación encontró que se puede sustituir al grupo tioalquilo que se encuentra en la posición 8 del cuerpo del borodipirrometno, con in aminoderivado. Se descubre que al tener anclado este aminoderivado cambia el comportamiento que normalmente tienen los borodipirrometenos, haciendo que este nuevo compuesto con el aminoderivado anclado en la posición 8, fluoresca de color azul, con lo que obtenemos compuestos con características de fluoresecnia de las cuales, hasta la fecha no se tiene registro de algún compuesto que fluoresca color azul, y otro asunto importante es la estrategia de síntesis, que resulta ser muy sencilla y con rendimientos muy altos, a parte que el estudio fotofísico realizado a la propargilamina revela que el compuesto tiene propiedades muy interesantes, y que le dan una potencial utilización en varias áreas de la ciencia, por decir la que resalta mas es su uso como láser. Asimismo, los derivados 6 y 7 se pueden utilizar para incorporar péptidos y proteínas y así obtener biomoléculas marcadas con fragmentos fluorescentes.
