Abstract

L'invention concerne un liant peptidique bipode pouvant se lier spécifiquement avec une molécule cible intracellulaire, et un procédé d'élaboration de ce liant qui comprend: (a) une zone de stabilisation de structure à brins d'acides aminés parallèles, antiparallèles ou parallèles et antiparallèles dans lesquels sont formées des liaisons inter-brin non covalentes; (b) une zone de liaison de cible I et une zone de liaison de cible II liées aux deux terminaisons de la zone de stabilisation de structure et comprenant n et m acides aminés sélectionnés de façon aléatoire, respectivement; et (c) un peptide de pénétration cellulaire lié à ladite zone de stabilisation de structure ou à la zone de liaison de cible. Le liant selon l'invention peut se lier spécifiquement à une molécule cible intracellulaire pour des applications médicales, d'imagerie moléculaire in vivo, d'imagerie cellulaire in vitro, et de ciblage d'administration de médicament, et il peut être très utile comme molécule escorte.
