Abstract

전자기 영동성을 이용하는 표시 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 전자기 영동성을 이용한 표시 방법은, 전하 및 자성을 갖고 제1 컬러를 나타내는 복수개의 입자가 제2 컬러를 나타내는 용매에 분산된 상태에서, 입자에 전기장 및 자기장 중 적어도 하나를 인가하여 제1 및 제2 컬러 중 적어도 하나의 컬러를 나타내되, 인가되는 전기장 또는 자기장의 세기 및 방향 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 따라 입자가 소정 방향으로 이동하여 제1 및 제2 컬러 중 적어도 하나의 컬러를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 한다.
