Abstract
La présente invention concerne une cellule solaire hybride organique-inorganique et son procédé de fabrication. La cellule solaire hybride organique-inorganique comprend : une première électrode ; une couche de carbone conductrice positionnée sur la première électrode ; des fils nanométriques inorganiques de type N qui sont positionnés sur la couche de carbone et font saillie d'une partie supérieure de la couche de carbone ; une couche photoactive organique servant à remplir un espace entre les fils nanométriques et à recouvrir les fils nanométriques ; et une seconde électrode positionnée sur la couche photoactive organique. La présente invention peut améliorer l'efficacité de migration et de collecte des électrons générés à partir de la couche photoactive en introduisant des fils inorganiques de type N. En plus, puisque la couche de carbone positionnée à une extrémité basse des fils nanométriques présente une conductivité électrique importante, on peut réduire la dissipation de puissance due à une résistance interne de la cellule en employant la couche de carbone en tant qu'excellente couche de transport d'électrons parmi les fils nanométriques et les électrodes.
