Abstract
본 발명은, 전력 제어 방법 및 전력 제어 기기를 제공한다. 본 발명의 전력 제어 방법은 공급전력의 요금 정보를 수신하여, 상기 공급전력 요금과 기설정된 기준요금을 비교하는 제1 요금 비교 단계 및 상기 공급전력 요금과 기설정 최저요금을 비교하는 제2 요금 비교 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 전력 저장부내의 저장 전력량을 확인하고, 상기 저장 전력량과 기설정된 기준 전력량을 비교하는 제1 전력량 비교 단계 및 상기 저장 전력량과 기설정된 수요 전력량을 비교하는 제2 전력량 비교 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 적어도 요금 비교 단계 및 전력량 비교 단계중 어느 하나의 비교 단계를 통해, 수용가내의 사용전력으로 외부 공급전력 또는 내부 저장 전력중 어느 하나를 선택하는 제어단계를 포함한다. 특히, 상기 제1 요금 비교 단계에서, 상기 공급전력 요금이 기준 요금보다 낮은 경우이거나, 또는 상기 공급전력 요금이 기준 요금보다 높은 경우 상기 제1 및 제2 전력량 비교 단계를 통해, 상기 저장 전력량이 기준 전력량 및 수요 전력량보다 낮은 경우, 외부 공급전력을 수용가내 사용전력으로 선택하고, 상기 제1 요금 비교 단계에서, 상기 공급전력 요금이 기준 요금보다 높은 경우, 상기 제1 및 제2 전력량 비교 단계를 통해, 상기 저장 전력량이 기준 전력량 보다 높거나 또는 수요 전력량보다 높은 경우, 상기 저장 전력을 수용가내 사용전력으로 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
