Abstract

La présente invention concerne des tissus légers en nylon/coton à haute résistance et à haute perméabilité à l'air et fabriqués à partir de fibres de nylon présentant un denier par filament d'environ 1,0 à 3,0, une ténacité T à la rupture d'au moins environ 6,0, et une portance, T7, supérieure à environ 2,5, notamment supérieure à 3,2. Ces fibres de nylon peuvent être fabriquées par préparation de brins de filaments de nylon, étirage et recuit de ces brins par le biais d'une opération d'étirage et de recuit à étapes multiples, puis découpe ou sinon conversion des brins étirés et recuits en fibres de nylon présentant la haute résistance souhaitée.
