Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'imagerie diagnostique fonctionnelle par tomographie en cohérence optique endoscopique, comprenant : une première diode laser destinée à générer un premier signal lumineux ; une deuxième diode laser destinée à générer un deuxième signal lumineux ; un coupleur destiné à coupler les premier et deuxième signaux lumineux générés par les première et deuxième diodes laser ; un circulateur qui reçoit le signal lumineux du coupleur pour le transmettre à une sonde et reçoit un signal de détection de la sonde pour le transmettre à un spectromètre ; la sonde en contact avec un tissu, qui reçoit un signal lumineux du circulateur et transmet au circulateur un signal de détection obtenu par ajout d'une partie d'un signal réfléchi en dehors du tissu, parmi les signaux lumineux et le reste des signaux pénétrant dans le tissu pour être réfléchis ; le spectromètre destiné à extraire une composante spectrale du signal de détection reçu du circulateur ; et un ordinateur qui obtient des informations de profondeur par transformée de Fourier (TF) de la composante spectrale reçue du spectromètre et obtient des images au moyen des informations de profondeur.
