Abstract

상부수용공간과 상기 상부수용공간의 아래에 위치하는 하부수용공간을 가지며 상기 상부수용공간과 상기 하부수용공간을 연결하는 통로인 병목부가 형성된 본체부; 상기 본체부의 위에서 상기 본체부에 진퇴가 가능하게 결합되는 상부덮개; 및 상기 본체부의 아래에서 상기 본체부에 진퇴가 가능하게 결합되어 상기 하부수용공간을 밀폐하는 하부덮개를 포함하는 말초 혈액으로부터 버피코트층을 추출하기 위한 바이오 디바이스가 제공된다. 본 발명의 바이오 디바이스는 조혈 줄기세포 및 중간엽 줄기세포가 풍부한 버피코트층을 수원하게 추출하게 해준다.
