Description

교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크
본 발명은 부직포 등으로 이루어진 필터를 본체의 개구부에 끼워 설치하고, 필요에 따라 교체할 수 있으며, 황사가 없는 날에는 자외선 차단 용도로 사용하고, 황사가 발생한 날에는 황사 차단용으로 사용할 수 있으며, 본체의 개구부 둘레와 전면둘레부에 설치된 고정부재를 상호 고정시키고, 상부와 하부에 상부날개와 하부날개를 설치하여 먼지가 개구부 사이로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 후면둘레부의 후면에 메모리폼과 같은 피부밀착부재를 설치하여 피부와 마스크 사이에 틈을 막아 황사의 유입을 최소화시키고, 상단에는 와이어를 설치하여 상부의 틈으로도 황사가 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있는, 교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크에 관한 것이다.
황사 차단 마스크와 관련된 기술로는, 앞가리개의 코부위에 망사부가 착설되어 먼지의 유입을 차단하려고 한 '자외선 및 황사 차단용 마스크'(한국 등록특허공보 제10-0647899호)가 공개된 바 있다.
상기와 같은 기술은 본체에 형성된 개구부에 망사천을 설치한 구조이다.
그런데, 상기와 같은 망사천은 실 올의 간격이 1 mm 이상 되므로 미세한 먼지인 황사를 차단하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 기술로, 내측에 부직포로 된 차단망을 설치한 '자외선, 황사 및 유해공기 차단용 마스크'(한국 공개실용신안공보 20-2008-0003853)가 공개된 바 있다.
상기와 같은 기술은 부직포로 된 차단망을 마스크 내측에 위치시켜 부직포로 황사를 차단하되, 부직포의 설치로 인하여 곤란한 호흡을 양 옆에 설치한 지지와이어를 이용하여 이격시켜 호흡의 곤란성을 해소하려는 것이다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 마스크는 부직포가 쉽게 오염되어 버리고, 오염된 부직포를 다시 빨아 사용하기에 어려운 문제점 때문에 사용이 기피되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크는 상기와 같은 종래 기술에서 발생되는 문제점을 해소하기 위한 것으로, 교체 가능한 필터를 마스크 본체에 끼워 설치함으로써 황사 발생시 먼지 유입을 방지함은 물론, 황사가 발생하지 않을 때에는 자외선 차단용으로 사용할 수 있는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크를 제공하려는 것이다.
특히, 필터본체의 상부에 필터본체로부터 돌출된 상부날개를 형성하여 마스크 착용시 상부날개가 위로 펼쳐지면서 코 주변의 피부에 밀착되도록 함으로써 코 부분을 통해 미세 먼지가 본체 내부로 유입되는 것을 최소화하려는 것이다.
또한, 필터본체의 하부에 필터본체로부터 돌출된 하부날개를 형성하여 마스크 착용시 하부날개가 아래로 펼쳐져 턱을 받쳐주면서 턱 주변의 피부에 밀착되도록 함으로써 안정적으로 지지함과 동시에 턱 부분을 통해 미세 먼지가 본체 내부로 유입되는 것을 최소화하려는 것이다.
또, 필터는 황사 차단 기능이 우수한 부직포 등을 이용함으로써 다수 개의 필터를 구비하여 선택적으로 착용함으로써 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 마스크를 제공하려는 것이다.
아울러, 필터와 마스크 본체를 단순히 끼우는 것 뿐만 아니라 일측고정부재와 타측고정부재를 상호 고정시킴으로써 황사가 침투할 수 있는 틈을 최소화하려는 것이다.
또, 필터의 후면에는 피부밀착부재를 설치함으로써 필터가 피부에 밀착되어 황사가 침투할 수 있는 틈을 막아 황사의 유입을 최소화 시키려는 것이다.

앞가리개(200)는 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110)를 덮도록 본체(100)에 연결되어 설치되어 있는데, 도면과 같이 상부가 본체(100)에 연결되어 있는 형태로 형성되거나, 도면 같이 측면부까지 본체(100)에 연결되어 있는 형태로 형성할 수도 있다.
필터(300)는 본 발명에서 가장 중요한 구성요소로써, 황사를 필터링할 수 있는 부직포 등과 같은 섬유질 재질로 된 필터본체(301)가 구성되며, 필터본체(301)의 전면측 둘레에는 전면둘레부(310)가 형성되어 있으며, 후면측 둘레에는 후면둘레부(320)가 형성되어 있어 전면둘레부(310)와 후면둘레부(320)의 사이에 상기 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110) 둘레가 끼워져 설치된다.
이때, 끼워짐이 용이해지도록 하고 끼워진 후 필터(300)가 잘 이탈되지 않도록 전면둘레부(310) 재질을 합성수지 탄성 필름으로 형성하거나 이러한 필름을 부착할 수도 있다.
아울러, 필터본체(301)의 상부에는 필터본체(301)로부터 돌출된 상부날개(330)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 필터본체(301)의 하부에 필터본체(301)로부터 돌출된 하부날개(340)가 형성되어 있다.
상부날개(330)와 하부날개(340)는 각각 필터본체(301)에 일측이 박음질 등의 방법에 의해 고정되어 있고, 타측은 자유롭게 펼쳐질 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
도 1 및 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 분해사시도로써, 마스크 본체(100)의 전면 중앙에 개구부(110)가 형성되어 있으며, 개구부(110)를 덮는 앞가리개(200)가 설치되어 있다.
이러한 구조는 일반적인 자외선 차단 마스크의 구조라 할 수 있는데, 본 발명에서는 중앙 개구부(110)에 끼워질 수 있도록 도시된 것처럼 필터본체(301)의 전면 둘레에 전면둘레부(310)가 형성되어 있고, 후면 둘레에 후면둘레부(320)가 형성되어 있으며, 후면둘레부(320)는 필터본체(301)의 후면 둘레로부터 내측으로 이격된 지점에 고정되어 마치, 날개처럼 형성되어 있는 것을 알 수 있다.
즉, 도시된 바와 같이 전면둘레부(310)와 후면둘레부(320) 사이에는 내측으로 홈이 형성되어 있어 이 홈이 개구부(110) 둘레에 끼워져 도시된 바와 같이 설치되는 것이다.
도 4는 필터(300)를 끼워 설치한 후 앞가리개(200)를 내린 것이다.
이때, 도시된 것처럼 본체(100) 상단에 와이어(130)를 설치하여 마스크 본체(100) 상단이 착용자의 코 부분에 밀착할 수 있도록 구성하여 황사의 유입을 차단하도록 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 이상과 같이 구성된 본 발명에서 전면둘레부(310)와 후면둘레부(320) 사이의 홈이 개구부(110)의 둘레에 단순 끼워진 상태에서는 틈이 발생하여 이 사이로 황사가 소량 유입될 수 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 도시된 것처럼 전면둘레부(310) 후면에는 일측고정부재(311)를 설치하고, 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110) 둘레에는 일측고정부재(311)에 고정되는 타측고정부재(111)를 설치할 수 있다.
여기서, 일측고정부재(311)와 타측고정부재(111)는 한 쌍의 밸크로테이프, 단추와 단추구멍, 한 쌍의 지퍼 세트 등 다양한 방식으로 설치할 수 있다.
도 6 및 도 7은 필터(300)의 후면 구성 예를 도시한 것으로써, 전면둘레부(310)의 후면에 밸크로테이프가 설치되어 있어 본체(100)에 개구부(110) 둘레에 설치되어 있는 밸크로테이프와 고정되도록 구성되어 있다.
한편, 후면둘레부(320)에는 그 후면에 피부에 밀착되는 피부밀착부재(321)를 설치하여 사용자의 피부에 필터(300) 후면이 밀착되도록 구성할 수 있다.
여기서, 피부밀착부재(321)는 실리콘, 메모리폼 등의 부재를 사용할 수 있으며, 피부밀착부재(321)는 상부를 제외한 일부에만 설치하거나, 상부까지 설치할 수도 있다.
이처럼 피부밀착부재(321)를 설치하게 되면 착용감이 좋아질 뿐 아니라 황사의 유입을 최대한 방지할 수 있게 된다.
아울러, 본 발명에서 앞가리개(200)와 필터본체(301)는 전면을 향해 볼록한 형상을 가져 착용시 입 부분과 접촉을 줄이도록 구성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상부날개(330)의 역할은 도시된 바와 같이 착용시 일측이 필터본체(301)에 고정된 채 타측이 위로 펼쳐져 착용자의 코 주위의 피부에 접촉하게 되어 본체의 상부 틈을 작게 하여 미세 먼지의 유입을 방지하게 된다.
특히, 철사 등의 부재로 된 상부와이어(331)를 도면과 같이 설치하게 되면 착용자의 피부에 보다 더 강하게 밀착되어 먼지 유입을 최소화하게 된다.
하부날개(340)의 역할은 도시된 바와 같이 착용시 일측이 필터본체(301)에 고정된 채 타측이 아래로 펼쳐져 착용자의 턱 주위의 피부에 접촉하면서 지지하는 역할을 하게 된다.
특히 본체 하부의 틈을 작게 하여 미세 먼지의 유입을 방지하게 되며, 도시된 바와 같이 철사 등의 부재로 된 하부와이어(341)를 설치하게 되면 착용자의 피부에 보다 강하게 밀착되어 먼지 유입을 최소화하게 된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 또다른 실시예를 나타낸 것으로 본체(100)의 내측에 저면 둘레가 본체(100) 내측에 고정되어 있는 망사천(140)이 설치되어 있는 예로 필터(300)를 설치하지 않은 상태에서 황사보다 입자가 큰 먼지 등을 걸러내는 역할을 할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 발명의 마스크는 전면둘레부(310) 후면에 밸크로테이프를 설치하고, 후면둘레부(320) 후면에 피부밀착부재(321)를 설치하고, 본체(100)의 개구부(110) 둘레에 밸크로테이프를 설치하여 착용시 손쉽게 고정되도록 하고, 착용자의 입 주면 피부에 후면둘레부(320)가 밀착되어 황사의 유입을 최대한 방지할 수 있게 하는 것이 좋다.
또, 본체(100) 상부에는 와이어(130)를 설치할 경우 와이어(130)와 상부와이어(331)가 이중으로 코 주변에 밀착되어 착용자의 코로 인하여 틈이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있게 할 수 있다.
이때, 상술한 망사천(140)을 본체(100) 내측에 기 설치한 경우에는 필터(300)를 분리한 상태에서도 입자가 큰 먼지 등의 이물질의 유입을 방지할 수 있는 장점을 갖게 된다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크는 황사 발생시에는 필터(300)를 착용하여 사용하고, 황사가 없는 경우에는 필터(300)를 분리하여 사용할 수 있음은 물론, 장기간 사용시 필터(300)만 간단히 교체하여 사용함으로써 세탁의 부담이 줄고, 사용기간이 길어지는 장점을 갖게 된다.
아울러, 필터(300)는 부직포 등의 섬유질로 이루어져 있기 때문에 개구부(110)에 손쉽게 끼워 설치할 수 있다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크는 일반 생활용으로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공장 등의 미세 먼지가 발생하는 각종 산업 현장에도 적용하여 사용할 수 있다 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크에 있어서,
    중앙에 개구부(110)가 형성되어 있는 본체(100)와;
    상기 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110)를 덮도록 본체(100)에 연결되어 설치되어 있는 앞가리개(200)와;
    중앙에 필터본체(301)가 설치되어 있으며, 필터본체(301)의 양측 둘레에 필터로부터 돌출된 전면둘레부(310)가 형성되어 있고, 필터본체(301)의 양측 둘레 상기 전면둘레부(310)의 후방에 필터본체(301)로부터 돌출된 후면둘레부(320)가 형성되어 있어 전면둘레부(310)와 후면둘레부(320)의 사이에 상기 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110) 둘레가 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 필터본체(301)의 상부에 필터본체(301)로부터 돌출된 상부날개(330)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 필터본체(301)의 하부에 필터본체(301)로부터 돌출된 하부날개(340)가 형성되어 있는 필터;를 포함하여 구성된,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 전면둘레부(310)의 후면에는 일측고정부재(311)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 본체(100)의 중앙 개구부(110) 둘레에는 상기 일측고정부재(311)에 고정되는 타측고정부재(111)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 후면둘레부(320)의 후면에는 피부에 밀착되는 피부밀착부재(321)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 앞가리개(200)와 필터본체(301)는 전면을 향해 볼록한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(100)의 상단에는 와이어(130)가 설치되어 있어 피부에 밀착시킬 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부날개(330)에는 상부와이어(331)가 설치되어 있어 피부에 밀착시킬 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부날개(340)에는 하부와이어(341)가 설치되어 있어 피부에 밀착시킬 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는,
    교체 가능한 필터를 갖는 자외선 및 황사 차단 마스크.
