Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé et à un dispositif permettant d'optimiser l'effet bénéfique cumulatif de collecte des formes disponibles d'énergie perdue, y compris l'énergie qui est perdue lorsqu'un véhicule est en mouvement (par exemple, l'énergie cinétique et l'énergie contenue dans le rayonnement électromagnétique).
