Abstract
L'invention concerne un sucre de régime et un procédé de préparation correspondant. Le sucre de régime selon l'invention est hypocalorique et il peut être utilisé dans des recettes normales. Le sucre de régime selon l'invention comprend un coeur inerte hydrosoluble enrobé de la composition d'enrobage qui contient un extrait de stevia.
