Abstract
L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pour analyser l'activité protéase intracellulaire de BoNT, en particulier l'activité protéase de BoNT/B, BoNT/G, BoNT/D et/ou BoNT/F. Idéalement, des cellules expriment une ou plusieurs protéines hybrides recombinantes contenant une ou plusieurs protéines fluorescentes et au moins une séquence de reconnaissance et de clivage de protéase de BoNT, l'analyse étant effectuée au moyen d'une analyse FRET (transfert d'énergie de fluorescence par résonance).
