Abstract
Set of elements of the floor contains segments with sockets (7) located on the sides of the segments and connectors (4, 5) binding adjacent segments placed in these sockets (7). The coupling connectors have a cuboids shape with a shell of a polygon, where the basis of the shape corresponds to the shape of dual-socket. The connector is fitted with an opening located in the upper shell. Most preferably the connectors (4), in their cross-section, have an outline of symmetric trapezoids joined by shorter bases.
Description
A set of components of an openwork floor
The invention is a set of elements of openwork floor.
It is known sectional openwork floor in the form of square segments combined into larger elements tailored to the size of the premises or the area to be covered with flooring. Floor units are equipped with corresponding tongues and grooves located on the sides of the segments. Inlets and tongues are usually trapezoidal shape so that to create a single floor. Connecting of segments is done by placing one item in a tongue shape and in corresponding inlets of the second element formed symmetrically on both sides. The dimensions of individual segments are modules that allow you to arrange them in a specified openwork figure depending on user's imagination. Protruding tongues, however, increase the contour of the floor segment. If one needs to replace a segment of the floor, than this operation is much more difficult.
The essence of this solution lies in the fact that the set of elements of the floor contains segments with slots located on the sides of the segments and connectors coupling the adjacent segments included in these sockets. Connectors have a rectangular form with the base in shape of a polygon, which reflects the shape of the dual-slot segments and are equipped with an opening located in the upper shell. The opening in the upper shell of the connector makes it easy to draw it from the slot adjacent segments using a hook and thus facilitates the disassembly of the floor.
Most preferably the connectors have a cross-sectional outline of the symmetrical trapezoids have joined shorter bases.
The set also includes segments with an outline of rectangles with a slope to facilitate the driving of trucks onto the floor and the connecting segments have the same convergence as the corresponding segments and the height corresponding to the segments at the location of sockets. In the sockets of segments are the protrusions and in the binding connectors corresponding channels. The depth of seated connectors is limited by protrusions. At the same time channels in connectors facilitate the settling in their sockets because they allow elastic deformation during the assembly. The set is also equipped with the plug element in the form of cuboids with the snap element situated on the sides with protruding hooks. The plug element allows filling the openwork space and the creation of flat surface, especially in the passageways to prevent falling thin heels into the floor openings. The upper shell of segments and plug elements is equipped with projections, preferably in the form of rolls. These protrusions fulfill the non-slip function.
The object of invention is shown in the embodiment on the drawing, in which Fig.1 shows a fragment of the composite floor with the joint drive over segment, Fig.2 - a perspective view of the basic segment, Fig.3 - side view of the drive over segment, Fig.4 - view of a corner drive over segment, Fig.5 - a perspective view of a connector, Fig.6 - a perspective view of connector of the drive over elements, and Fig.7 - a view of plug element.
Set of elements of an openwork floor consists of the basic segment 1 in the form of a square openwork plate, two lateral 2 and angular 3 drive over segments and a coupling connector 4. Segments 1, 2 and 3 are equipped with sockets 7 located symmetrically towards the axis of symmetry and perpendicular to the plane of the floor. Sockets 7 have a cross-sectional outline of the trapezoid, while the coupling connector 4 is has a cuboids shape with the coating of a polygon, where the basis of the shape corresponds to the shape of dual-socket 7. After assembling the floor, the connector 7 fills the space of two sockets 7 of the adjacent segments.
Drive over segments 2 and 3 have the outline of rectangles with a slope facilitating driving over of trucks onto the floor and the couplers 5 of drive over
segments 2, 3 have the convergence corresponding to the convergence of segments 2, 3 and the amount corresponding to their height at the location of sockets 7. In the sockets 7 of segments 1, 2 and 3 are protrusions 8 and in the coupling connectors 4, 5 corresponding channels H. Protrusions 8 limit the depth of insertion of coupling connectors 4, 5. At the same time channels H in connectors facilitate their placement in the sockets 7, because they allow the elastic deformation of connectors during assembly. The upper shells of connectors 4, 5 are equipped with openings IO. These openings are used to facilitate the insertion of a hook to easily remove a selected segment from the floor.
The set includes six plug elements in shape of cuboids and with snap elements situated on the sides with protruding hooks. Plug components make it possible to fill the space of an openwork segments and create a complete surface, especially in passageways. This prevents falling thin heels into the openings of the floor. The upper shell of segments 1, 2 and 3 and the plug elements 6 is equipped with protrusions, preferably in the form of rolls 9. These protrusions fulfill the non-slip function.
