Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a unit for container automatic reverse vending machines according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a unit is known from DE 43 18 388 C2. It has an input chamber with a bottom for standing receiving a container, eg. B. an empty beverage bottle.
  • the bottom is formed by a slide with which the set container can be moved longitudinally from the input chamber into a transfer position. In this transfer position, the container is pushed by a driven slide transversely to the conveying direction of the carriage through a passage opening on a bearing surface of a magazine.

If the container has been recognized as being receptive, a control command is sent to the DC motor via a control unit, not shown, so that it is switched on and the flap pivots clockwise until it has reached its acceptance position shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , On the pivoting path of the flap 12, the stop tabs 17 strike the shuttle flaps 14 so that the container 28 can fall onto the flap 12. After reaching the acceptance position, the flap 12 protrudes obliquely downward from the input chamber 13, so that the container 28 on the flap 12 by gravity rushes down, z. B. in a crushing device. After completion of this process, the DC motor is turned on again and the flap 12 swung back to its input position. The unit 1 is then ready to enter another container.
