Abstract
Un appareil pour produire des mélanges peut être utilisé dans tous les secteurs de l'économie nationale pour préparer des mélanges à partir de deux ou plusieurs composants sous forme de produits en vrac, en production ininterrompue ou en séries. L’invention vise un appareil à impact mécanique minime sur les composants du mélange afin d'accroître l'homogénéité du mélange produit et réguler le rapport en pourcentage des composants et d'accroître la productivité grâce à une production continue. Dans cette invention, un canal supplémentaire (4) a la possibilité de déplacement mouvement axial prédéterminé et est doté à l'extérieur, dans la partie inférieure, d’une vanne conique (5), qui entre en contact avec un goulot (6) d'une trémie d'alimentation (2), une tête de pulvérisation (7) étant montée à l'intérieur du canal supplémentaire (4), dans sa partie inférieure, ladite tête de pulvérisation étant formée de deux parties fixes l’une par rapport à l’autre avec un intervalle, par lequel l'air comprimé est injecté, ladite partie inférieure de la tête de pulvérisation (7) étant fixée à l’extrémité du canal supplémentaire (4) et reliée rigide à un vibreur (8); et des rainures de calibrage (10) ont été formées dans la partie inférieure du canal supplémentaire (4), la surface du bord inférieur de ces rainures constituant une continuation de la partie inférieure de la tête de pulvérisation (7).
